Modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of Reims

Modern and comfortable hotel, well located.
Large, bright, very well-equipped rooms.
Little touches that were very much appreciated.
Honestly, for this type of establishment, I wonder what more one could ask for.

Adequate Hotel, Disappointing Customer Service

The property itself is fine. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and the gym and sauna facilities are good, although the hotel is a little outside the town centre.
My overall experience was let down by a billing issue and how it was subsequently handled. I was charged a substantially higher price than the one displayed when I made the purchase, without the higher price being disclosed at the time. The hotel later acknowledged this lack of disclosure but declined to refund the difference.
An otherwise adequate hotel, but the billing issue and subsequent handling mean I would be unlikely to return.

Clean and nice hotel

Nice and clean hotel, good bed, quiet. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Price quality an a obsolute must.

Staff were excellent in all areas. Room could’ve done with a more thorough clean, but it wasn’t that bad that I felt the need to complain.
Great food and wine choice, free parking always a bonus but it is limited. Ideal location.

A very pleasant hotel, with a rare attention to detail

As someone who has been traveling a lot for 15 years, I have rarely seen a hotel where nothing was missing. The Hyatt hotel offers a very beautiful experience, with a rare attention to detail: organic infusions and teas in the room, local coffee in a French press, the very practical little shelves in the bathroom, the fresh filtered water in the minibar...
