Unforgettable vacation!
Family vacation,
We stayed at Parc Asterix from July 16 to July 17, 2026, spending one night at the Cité Suspendue. What can I say... a superb experience! A very pretty setting, in the middle of the forest, a quiet atmosphere, a decor made entirely of wood, just as magnificent by day as by night.
During this period, we were able to do the park's night events and return to the hotel afterward. We met the hotel's night staff who, just like the day staff, were pleasant, smiling, and available. Despite the very late hour, we were able to have a final drink at the hotel bar. After a very pleasant night (air-conditioned room, comfortable bedding, small balcony). We had breakfast at the hotel, a hearty and diverse breakfast buffet, various fruits, fruit salads, cereals, various drinks, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, etc., the list is long.
Not to mention, of course, the arrival of the mascots during breakfast, who are just as available and allow us to take photos without rushing, because yes, they really live the characters.
This description applies to the hotel, but let's not forget all the park staff who are there with a smile, welcoming you, and providing information with a smile.

Nous sommes enchantés que le charme de notre village niché au cœur de la forêt, la quiétude des lieux et l'atmosphère chaleureuse de l'hôtel aient contribué à rendre votre séjour si mémorable. De jour comme de nuit, nos irréductibles équipes mettent tout en œuvre pour offrir à nos voyageurs une expérience digne des plus grands héros gaulois.
Quel plaisir également de lire que vous avez profité des journée prolongées du Parc avant de retrouver le calme de votre refuge suspendu dans les arbres. Nous transmettrons vos chaleureux compliments à nos équipes de jour comme de nuit, qui seront ravies d'apprendre que leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur bonne humeur ont marqué votre séjour.

Excellent stay
A great stay as part of our overall experience at Parc Asterix. Rooms are great for families, very clean. Beds are quite hard though. Basics in terms of there being no water or kettle in room. Food was excellent!

Great
We stayed at the hotel with young children. The room itself was decent and clean, but still quite small, especially when compared to some hotel rooms you can find along the highway.
The only real negative point of our stay concerns the organization of the evening meals. After a 4-hour drive to get to the park, we were informed that it was mandatory to book a table in advance. Arriving at 7:00 PM, we were only offered a 9:30 PM slot—too late for hungry and tired children, despite some snacks given on the way. It would be good to provide a more flexible solution for families arriving in the evening.
Worse yet: at the front desk, we were advised to go directly to the restaurant to try our luck. Which we did, a little before 9:30 PM, and what a surprise: many empty tables and a buffet that was also half empty. For a $95 buffet for 3 people, I expected something more complete and varied. The theme is nice, but the selection remains very limited.
In short, a mixed experience. There is potential, but a few adjustments would be welcome, especially for families with young children.

Il existe effectivement des créneaux pour les repas, à réserver en amont via notre Portail de I-Conciergerie ou lors de votre arrivée. Je comprends que vous ayez pu être déçu(e) de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier du créneau que vous privilégiiez, néanmoins, sachez que ces créneaux ont été mis en place pour votre confort.
En effet, en tant qu'hôtel familial, nous faisons face à une forte affluence sur certains horaires ; les créneaux repas ont été mis en place pour vous éviter une attente inutile et inconfortable pour le placement au restaurant.

Great family experience
One-night stay for a family of 4. Very pleasant site with thematic decor that is present but not too kitschy and a beautiful green setting. Impeccable welcome; comfortable rooms, especially in terms of the bedding. We had booked a family configuration with 2 bunk beds, which was quite well done. Perfect for enjoying the park in the evening during the summer with a break at the end of the day, then being there for the early opening the next day after the little photo with Asterix! Be sure to book your dining times in advance if you want to coordinate with those of the park. Breakfast buffet quite decent in a beautiful, spacious setting. A suggestion: add fromage blanc / plain yogurt.

100% would Recommend
Arrived early to hotel but was not a problem the staff were so friendly and helpful! We headed to the local supermarket to get snacks and water !
We came back and had drinks in the Hotel Bar. A few Mocktails .
As soon as you walk in to the main reception you already feel transported back in time ! It's so impressive the attention to detail.
We were then Guided down to our room along a beautiful walkway which was shaded.
The environment of the hotel just takes you on a journey and you feel like you're in the middle of the beautiful forest with all birds singing it's magical.
The hotels rooms are well laid out and have everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning was essential as was very hot when we were there.
The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was enough to keep us going till lunch and soo many options.
We also had an evening meal at the restaurant again brilliant choices even for a picky tweenager.
The walk to the parc is about 20mins but along a beautiful shaded walkway.
The only thing negative would be I would have loved a swimming pool on site just to be able to come back too .
All I all we loved our stay and thank you to all the staff for making it soo enjoyable.
