Two weeks of family happiness!
We stayed as a family for two weeks in an Ecolodge tent and we have excellent memories of our vacation.
The positive points:
The campsite is quiet, family-friendly, and very pleasant thanks to its many shaded areas. The pool is perfect for cooling off, and a big thank you to Sammy, the lifeguard, who is always smiling and friendly. Luca and Arthur, the managers, as well as their entire team, are welcoming, available, and very invested in the well-being of the vacationers.
The children particularly enjoyed the park with its slide, the bouncy castle, and the multi-sports court, which make it easy to make friends.
The restaurant is a real plus. Even if the menu is quite limited, the dishes are of high quality and we ate very well there.
We also liked the activities offered, especially those led by a passionate outside instructor (making bird calls, archery...), as well as the sports activities organized during the day.
During our stay, a violent storm caused significant damage. Upon waking, the campsite was quite affected, but we were impressed by the responsiveness of the entire team, supported by supportive campers. In just a few hours, the paths and the affected pitches had been completely cleaned, as if nothing had happened. A great example of professionalism and mutual aid.
The negative points:
The pitches are a bit small. Once the car is parked in front of the Ecolodge, there is little space left for the children to play ball or racket games.
The evening entertainment also disappointed us a bit. It lacks atmosphere and energy, which is a shame, because it is often a highlight of a camping vacation.
Despite these few points to improve, we are leaving with very fond memories of these two weeks. It is a warm, human-sized campsite where you feel good and which we gladly recommend to families in search of peace and conviviality.

Disappointing pool experience overshadows an otherwise excellent campsite
We have generally had a nice holiday at this campsite. The domain is well maintained, the atmosphere is pleasant and most of the staff really deserve a compliment. The staff at the restaurant were always friendly, professional and correct. Even during busy times, the service remained smooth and customer-oriented. That made the stay pleasant on many levels.
Unfortunately, our experience was strongly influenced by the condition of the pool and especially by the lifeguard's actions. Let me be clear: this was undoubtedly the weakest point of the entire campsite.
The lifeguard seemed more interested in himself than the task he was paid to do. Instead of actively supervising the safety of the swimmers, we saw him regularly strolling around, talking to acquaintances and above all performing impressive dives. As a guest, you expect a lifeguard to watch over safety, order and cleanliness as a priority. We absolutely did not get that impression.
Moreover, we strongly felt that rules were not applied in the same way for everyone. Especially between Dutch and French speaking guests there seemed to be a difference in approach. Some cases were dealt with severely in one group, while the same behaviour was apparently not a problem in others. That caused frustration and gave anything but a sense of equality and respect.
Also the cleanliness of the pool sometimes left something to be desired. After a storm, we understand that extra maintenance is required. What we don't understand, however, is that the pool was still full of pine needles, leaves and other dirt the next day. A simple preventive action, such as deploying the pool robot in time before opening, could have largely remedied this. It gave the impression that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority.
The contrast with the rest of the staff could hardly be greater. Where the employees in the restaurant exuded customer friendliness and professionalism, the pool management left a particularly sloppy impression.
The shop on the campsite was also a disappointment. The system that requires you to give a day's notice of how many baguettes or croissants you want the next morning is not practical. During holidays you want to have a little spontaneous freedom and not have to plan your breakfast a day in advance. In addition, the basic supply is very limited and the prices are remarkably high for the products on offer.
If you want to shop outside the campsite, you must also have your own car. A full supermarket is not within walking distance and without transport the possibilities are limited. That makes the limited choice and high prices in the camping shop all the more annoying.
In summary: a campsite with many assets, an excellent restaurant and friendly staff, but with a swimming pool that was under-managed and a lifeguard who seemed part of the problem rather than the solution. Without that negative pool experience we would have rated this campsite with much more enthusiasm. Above all, the feeling remains that there is an urgent need for improvement in this area.

Great
Very shaded and clean campsite! The two aquatic areas are great! And the campsite restaurant is very good!
The mobile home was very good, it’s not a big deal but it’s the thing I complain about at every campsite, and that’s the "shutters," well here the mosquito net and the integrated blind is a big plus personally!!
Nothing to say, it was perfect. We will be back!

We spent 15 days in this beautiful place the campsite is quiet the pool is perfect and the lagoon a wonder
And the bar.... We talk about it the responsible the waiters and the cook at the top of the adorable nice people we ate very well that products of small producers a plus and Cyril the responsible makes Milkshakes hummmmm a killing I recommend this establishment to et to finish the area and all things to visit just spectacular one thing is on we will return with pleasure

Successful stay
Very nice campsite, good size, nice and friendly staff, good activities offered, good evenings also, swimming pools at the top (hot water), a just beautiful and quiet lagoon. We were in a mobile home with a lot of opposite, but we got surprisingly well used to it.
Well placed, many things to visit less than 30 minutes.
The small negative would be on the grocery side very little knowing that the supermarket is still 15 - 20 minutes drive.
We recommend ++ and we will definitely go back!
