Hotel Paganini on Nizzan keskustassa sijaitseva 3 tähden hotelli. Sieltä on vain kilometri Venäjän ortodoksiselle kirkolle ja Promenade du Paillon -puistoon. Nizzan nykytaiteen museolle (MAMAC) on vain 1,6 km.

Close to everything from transport to shops
The hotel is so close to the city centre and Also Nice Ville gare main train station. The hotel rooms were very clean, had a safe and flatscreen tv . There is also an aircon and an empty fridge. The hotel is dated but the cleaners and housekeeping do a great job of ensuring its cleanliness.
I got the tram from the airport which had another story attached. Just get on the tram and get off at the first stop and purchase your ticket / card. Note please you must have card or coins as it doesn’t accept paper cash. The ticket will cost €1.70 . If you purchase at the airport you will pay €10-00 as that’s the only amount it accepts. So, if unsure go to the tourist information office in the airport terminal for advice.

Fine
Spent three nights here and only really slept in the place. The room was clean and comfortable but was on the ground floor so there was a little bit of noise from people passing through but never late on. Only met staff when checking in and out. Good location in city centre, near the train station and about 15 minute walk to the beach. Decent for what I paid and would consider staying again if ever in Nice.

Never again.
Not a good stay…
Very rude staff, ice cold water, hair in the fridge, unhelpful staff, no cups/mugs/glasses in room, no kettle (to even wash our hair in the sink with warm water).
10+ hotel guests complained to various members of staff re ice water. Not one of them solved the cold water issue, they all shrugged and passed it onto the next receptionist. We were told technicians were called and solved it. They did not. We believe that we (and the rest of the guests) were lied to on a multiple occasions.
My friend who booked the hotel, also was told her personal information was breached to “an unauthorised third party” by the hotel.
Not ONE of them would call the manager, or provide the number. This situation has caused a lot of upset, both personally and on part of all the guests. I would not recommend this hotel.
No compensation has yet been offered. Instead the response: “What do you want me to do?” Rude staff.

Really liked this property. My room air conditioner was excellent, worked perfect and was remote controlled . Television satellite reception was terrible especially when trying to watch the FIFA world cup . The staff were very pleasant, polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Room was spotless , plenty storage and bathroom and shower was exceptional. WIFI in room perfect. I did not do breakfast as you had to book the night before which to me is a hassle. Plenty good eateries around, safe neighbourhood, convenient to train station, shopping and tourist information centre and well served airport tram ten minute walk. Quiet at night ,ten minute walk to beach and old town. I would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is in great location, there’s supermarket and restaurant nearby, it also close to the train and light rail station. The room is very small, I can barely open my luggage fully. Would be great if there’s more shelves, racks and chair in the room. I stayed there for 6 nights, wouldn’t recommend for long stay, however, for short stay might be not an issue. There’s housekeeping to clean the room everyday. Would be better if there’s a water dispenser for iced or hot water. Also, there’s no common area to use, there’s a dinning area for breakfast, suggest to let use as common area.
