Great location walking distance (2-3 minutes) from Nice Ville railway station and also the trams to the waterfront. Lots of dining and shopping options close by, as well as a self service laundry which was useful during our stay. Room was a superior double room with balcony, good size room but small balcony although big enough for 2. Clean room and cleaned daily with change of towels. Reception staff were always helpful. Biggest problem was the very strong and unpleasant smell, drains, rubbish, air conditioner?? that we smelt at different times every day. Noticed other guests had noted this also, so bring a bottle of perfume to help cover the odour, otherwise a great place to stay if exploring the south of France by train.

The hotel room was spacious for 3 single beds and very clean. The location is very convenient being very near to the train station and tram stop. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it's within walking distance to the old town and the main shopping street.

This is my second time staying here. The breakfast is wonderful and worth it! The lobby is great & has water, coffee and good wifi. The rooms are nice, small, but nice. Everything you need. Very close to the metro, which is way I chose to stay here!

Great location close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk from the old town. Staff were nice. Hotel was very clean and air conditioning was amazing with the heat wave going on in France at the moment. They stored our bags for us on our last day which was handy. Overall would highly recommend for anyone planning to do lots of days trips due to the proximity to the train station.

Super convenient location - one block away from the main station, and one block from the tram into the old city.
Rooms were nice and airy.
