The owner was very accommodating. This is an old property. The rooms are large. There is an art gallery attached to the building and concerts can be held here. We were there in off season. I suspect the town and hotel could be busy in the summerGreat town. Friendly people.

The surroundings of the hotel are lovely and interesting, the staff were welcoming on arrival. There was a jazz evening that night so the staff were busy sorting that out therefore the hotel bar was not open for a drink.
The room was comfortable but incredibly hot, there was a fan provided but we were told not to open the windows because of the mosquitoes so it was quite a difficult night especially with children. The advert on Hotels.com said it had a seasonal pool but there was not one.
We were asked to have breakfast after 9am because of the jazz evening - the breakfast was okay. It was one baguette and a crossaint each, served to the table - one of the guests was helping the staff member as he was struggling in the heat on his own to cater for all the people staying in the 5 rooms. Overall, our stay was fine, had it been cooler and the staff a little more available that would have made it better.

Lovely location and quirky, characterful accommodation! It is within a friendly small village with a really good selection of restaurants.
It felt as if we were experiencing the true essence of rural France whilst only a short drive from Carcassone.

A beautiful property and a very warm welcome by friendly staff.
My room was tastefully decorated to modern standards. Lovely spacious room with shower room and toilet off the hall. Great little terrace too.
I highly recommend Apostrophe which us in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. I ate in La Rencontre which was wonderful.

Fantastic place, great team, warm table!

A magical place steeped in history, thanks to Franck for bringing it back to life and especially for sharing it with us.
Staying within the Manufacture is traveling in conscience, it is still knowing how to marvel...
The rooms are very comfortable and full of charm, the beds are large, it is very quiet.
The restaurant is also of great interest: Franck brings back receipts from his travels.... again an act of generosity!!
The team is really nice and thanks to them we glean good tips to visit the must-sees that the region offers...and God knows there are!!!!

Merci pour ce bel éloge, ca met de la joie à quelques jours de la fermeture hivernale... Nous reviendrons après notre périple avec de nouvelles saveurs pour vous servir dès le 28 mars prochain...
