Do it again!
Cleanliness nickel the value for money is more than satisfactory the employees are smiling and with the little care the place is quiet and welcoming I highly recommend for all your trips to Cannes and surroundings the hotel and easy access a few steps from a bus stop

To be avoided.
Horrible experience, no air conditioning with this heat. Our door was left open around 2 AM. The smell of dampness in the room was unpleasant. And the worst part is that the first room he gave us at the beginning wasn't even cleaned. TV that doesn't work; honestly, for a three-star hotel, it shouldn't even have any stars at all. AVOID.

I just needed a bed for the night and had the best sleep in ages. No noises. The receptionist accompanied me to my room. Very basic room and bathroom but all I needed. I didn’t pay for breakfast but was given clear directions to walk to bus for station and that I could pay the driver. Handy for station now that I know about bus 1 to/from Mistral

UNACCEPTABLE!
We only have one word to say: Shameful!
Pension be said 3 stars!!
No air conditioning (for more than 7 months, but it does not shock anyone!).
The elevator is broken down 1 time out of 3. When you're on the 5th floor, it's a lot less fun!
No hot water in the bathroom every other day. Here too, the staff simply explains that everyone takes a shower at the same time and you have to wait! But if there are still 3 cumulus!!
The room is very small and the window gives... On a wall! So if we look a little, we can see the pool of the residence opposite, but not too much! Otherwise you saw in the room perpendicular to yours!!!
The mattress is so soft that you will leave with a back pain. There is also no protection or alese on the mattress. A simple sheet that serves as a cover.
The rooms are not made every day. Unless you make the point. An oversight be said...
The toilet bezel is wobbly. You have to be careful when you sit down!
The sink cap in the bathroom only serves to completely close the sink. The tongue holding it open is broken. Finally, removing it directly is essential for water removal.
A light bulb no longer worked on the bedside lamp. Not changed, the next customer will have the same problem.
The fruit juice machine for breakfast is broken. At 15€ a breakfast, it's annoying...
The Pension has a few parking spaces at 15€ per day. Be good at maneuvering your vehicle! If you have a low or a little big car you will leave with some damage.
And no need to ask to have a place in front of the Inn to load or unload your car, the team does not!
In short, PASS YOUR WAY!!
