Nickel

The welcome is very friendly. Nice very smiling lady and her dog very sweet room nickel just what we needed. Well soundproofed no noise from the road or other rooms. Location close to restaurants. Why not another time

Disappointing

Very disappointing stay despite an attempt at commercial gesture
Unfortunately we had a very bad night at this hotel. The sink in the room was clogged, which caused a strong bad smell. We were unable to use it: we had to brush our teeth in the shower and spit in the toilet, which is far from acceptable for a hotel.
In addition, we found empty bottles under the bed, which suggests that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
When we reported these problems to the reception and mentioned a possible commercial gesture, the reaction of the person at the reception was very inappropriate, becoming hysterical and unprofessional. She finally went up to the room to see the facts and agreed to refund us only two breakfasts out of the four, given the inconveniences suffered.
A disappointing overall experience, both in terms of comfort and hospitality. Too bad, because the situation could have been handled much more professionally.

Good experience

Good value for money. Very comfortable bedding. Clean room. Functional air conditioning.
Just a small flat for breakfast, too little varied (notably no ham/charcuterie - only an empty bacon stove).
Friendly staff.
Restaurants nearby very convenient (no need to take the car back).

Very cramping!

We had booked a room for 4 people,with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
We got a room with bunk beds, unfortunately the reception was not occupied to get another room (checked in at the terminal)the room was extremely small and not particularly clean! It was the worst B&B hotel we ever had,otherwise we were always happy with the hotel chain!
