Sometimes the city buses that came to Paris did not come, I was dropped off in the middle of the journey, and when I paid to get on the metro, the gates did not open and I was scared.
I was in a lot of pain and tired, so the rest made me feel better. Thank you
many good bakeries in the city.

Pitying and welcome laborious sleep in the cold! And pay the hotel

Stay from 26 to 30 December. 1 star just for the kindness of Jean Claude and another mr. The rest is dismal. Room 112 badly insulated we could pass our fingers through the door we ask for a blanket the cleaning woman refused because she is afraid that they will steal here is her answer! we had to insist several times to get a view of it the cold! There were 3 of us with one child. The girl welcomed Alice no communication left the message to her colleague took us up and did nothing. We had to wait the next day for a mr who lent us an extra heater plus a blanket. And make us change rooms after 2 nights! . We had to buy polar suits to sleep in the cold with a door between open! For a hotel Once changed rooms like this no explanation anything coming from Alice at the reception we had her twice this young girl. We had to insist that she see room 112 she came accompanied by 3 cleaning women one with a white robe and and a mask on her head in our room!!! Nothing logical!!! no professionalism just lamentable I certainly do not recommend this hotel more I Ask Alice to give me the name of her manager and take stock with her colleague the day before she tells me I do not know my colleague or his name! but she knew how to call him with her cell phone! Weird! where is the logic again!! she then gives me just a name Jean Claude after insisting several times! she says it is the person responsible but no it was just a short work colleague we had in the evening. Jean Claude and a mr saw the state of the room and noticed the inconveniences. Is it normal to sleep in the cold! Hard-working behavior! Plus the bed above the pieces breaks at each corner! Imagine if the bed above would fall on us! Also once the room change room 110 shower flooded see pictures pipe clogged water comes out of the tank and bathroom! Jean claude made us a commercial gesture offer us lunch the next day, the girl present it was 9am we claimed because it was empty, she told us it is too late it is 9am to remind the lunch is until 10am! We had 3 mini piece of dry croissant cut into small pieces and we had to insert to get a yogurt and more juice in the machine she wouldn't fill it. In short a miserable stay! No communication just shameful

Stay away from this hotel. It is a waste of money. It’s more of a Motel than a hotel, and the rooms are So so tiny. You walk in the room and the bed is right infront of your face. The toilets are similar to public toilets and are so so small. Personally I felt really uncomfortable and didn’t like it at all. Also I was really disappointed to see that our rooms were located on an outside part of the property. The doors felt so so unsafe and the rooms seems as if anyone could have access to the rooms. It felt as if I was outside. Horrible. Never again

Awfull, I had a last-minute change,
Couldn’t make,.. wanted to cancel, bur they didn’t want to do it! So they charged me the full amount although I had a cancellation-insurance

1 month before the Olympics. REALLY ANGRY

IT'S SCANDALOUS !
I had reserved 2 rooms for July 27, 2024 for the Olympics 8 months ago.
In May 2024, I asked if my reservation was still valid, the hotel told me YES!
On June 15, 2024, my reservation was simply canceled without explanation!!!
I denounce this type of practice and I would like the managers of this hotel to be prosecuted and banned from activities for breach and serious harm to the basic rules of commerce.
