Room007 Select Liberdade sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Santo Antonion kaupunginosassa Lissabonissa. Hotellilta on vajaa kilometri Rossion aukiolle, 13 minuutin kävelymatka Teatro Nacional Doña Maria II -teatterille ja 1,5 km Ribeiran kauppahallille.

Breakfast was good. Good value for the price. Room is small for a couple and not much privacy for a translucent glass bathroom so best for couples. TV also was offline for some time so wasn't able to watch TV at times. It kept asking to update it but with a universal remote unable to do so. Bedding and pillows were good. Location is optimal overall it was good. AC is good and quiet considering the area.

Dismal experience two mega-dismal nights
Very disappointing experience. Not recommended
My stay at this hotel has been downright bad and I would not stay here again.
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.The cook bad answers have been coming for 2 and a half years and this time it has been terrible as well as charging me more in cheaper booking.
The bedspread was dirty and in a state of disrepair, something totally unacceptable in a supposedly professional accommodation.
I attach pictures because they speak for themselves.
The noise was constant, making it impossible to rest properly.
Also, the room did not have adequate heating.
In the middle of winter, the only solution they offered was a portable mini heater, clearly insufficient and unprofessional for a hotel.
The overall feeling has been lack of maintenance, little customer service and zero care for the well-being of the guest.
I wanted to make a formal claim, because the experience was not up to standard.
I don't recommend it and I'm not coming back.

Very disappointed
Hotel very well located in the chic district of Lisbon and near the Avenida station, on a small one-way cobblestone street.
The lobby is clean and the staff is courteous, although our first contact spoke poor English. She assigned us room 001... and that is where the hell, or almost, began! I should specify that we arrived at about 11:00 PM, we were literally exhausted.
This ground-floor room is a room for disabled guests facing the street.
The setup for disabled guests is mainly a bathroom-toilet area fitted into a glass cabin with some decorations. No privacy: when you go to the bathroom, you are in the room! When you take a shower, the whole cabin is soaked!
Furthermore, you hear everything that happens on the cobblestone street: pedestrians, cars, garbage collectors...
And to finish, after a "restless" night, we went to check out the breakfast on level -1, charged at €15/person. So there was no one there (and that's a sign): little choice, only industrial products. We went back up and went to eat in town.
In short, a horrible experience, and we were too exhausted and in a rush to complain...

Our blinds broke and we were directly facing another building. Because it was a small room, people outside could likely see our bed from their vantage point. We asked them to fix it around 4 or 5 PM but they said they couldn’t. We asked for a different room and they said they couldn’t because we did it through hotels.com rather than through them directly. We asked if we could at least get a refund and move to a different hotel and we got the same reason as above. It was not a good night stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a long layover in Lisbon and chose it primarily because of its excellent location near several luxury designer stores and shopping areas. For that purpose, the location was fantastic and very convenient.
Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but it had the essentials needed for a short stay. One thing I did notice was that there was no in-room safe, which may be important for travelers carrying valuables.
Breakfast was good overall, with a nice selection available. However, there was signage indicating that items such as scrambled eggs and omelets could be ordered, but there didn’t seem to be anyone available to ask, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of those options.
The main drawback was the noise level. My room was located near the reception area and was the first room down the hallway. Starting around 6:15 a.m., I could hear people moving about and activity in the corridor, which made it difficult to continue sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case, as your experience may depend on your room location.
Overall, the hotel served its purpose well for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location, good breakfast, and helpful amenities. With a quieter room assignment, my experience would have been even better.
