Machu Picchu stay

The hostel killa sumak is just adjustment to the train station. We were picked up from the train station to the hotel by Mr. David, who was fluent in English and guided us throughout Agues Calientes. For the Machu Picchu trip, they gave us a packed breakfast as we must leave at 6 am to catch the bus. The room was comfortable and we got hot shower. We stored our luggage after checkout for our Machu Picchu visit.

Terrible experience. Dirty.

The dirty room, a towel hung from the previous guests, a room was dangerous when leaving the room came straight to a step that is dangerous without signage. The bathroom in the shower full of hairs on the walls and the drain. There was dust and papers under the beds.
Breakfast was just bread, coffee and juice. We asked for eggs that since we were not a reserve page did not include it. Very bad Service.

Lovely Stay

I accidentally stayed in this place for one night because I had a booking with Machupicchu Packer and turns out they don't have an available anymore so this hotel kindly took me in. The room is spacious with a double bed, tv and private bathroom. The location is also very good. The reception is very friendly and made my stay really easy. She also speaks English. Much appreciated. Thanks a million!

El peor "hotel" en el que nunca estuve.

El peor hotel que hemos estado, la reserva la hicimos por booking y mienten sobre lo que ofrecen.
No tienen aire acondicionado, ni enchufes en el baño.
La tele no va, el WiFi va cuando quiere (muy mal);
No te hacen la cama de un día para el otro y además están sucias.
El agua caliente va cuando quiere, me tocó salir de la ducha sin acabar al quedarse sin gas.
Ni champú, ni gel. El papel higiénico te toca ir a pedirlo a recepción.
El ruido que entra en la habitación es como si estuvieses en plena calle (además es una calle fiestera).
Lo único bueno es la atención de la recepcionista, es muy amable.
En fin, un desastre. Leímos buenos comentarios positivos y seguimos la recomendación de Booking, pero fue la peor experiencia. Es todo mentira.

excelente servicio

todo estuvo genial el servicio y el desayuno completo.nos recogieron desde la estacion fueron muy amables en todo momento, por ratos se iva el internet pero era por el tiempo , dentro de todo estuvo genial al dia sgte nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar y estuvo bueno .
