We would love to come back!
Rustic and romantic place in the historical quarter of Cusco, Just minutes walk away from Plaza de Las Armas. Very friendly staff, trying always to feel you at home. Good breakfast in a covered , cozy&warm patio. Tea&coffee 24/7, If needed oxygen at the reception available. Daily room service. Good price. To better communicate with the staff you should speak a view words spanish....Excursions from KIMSA EXPERIENCE available.

Great location, friendly staff
Location was great, room was perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was good and they let us keep our bags there while we went to Machu Picchu for a few days. Staff were very nice and friendly. The only con is that it is very loud at night, from traffic and general outside noise. I definitely needed earplugs to sleep. Everything was walking distance.

No rooms with opening windows
We didn't even stayed in the hotel. We arrived at the desk where no one was there. We waited and rang a bell and eventually someone was coming. Then she asked how we got in. We said through the front door. She said that is weird cause it was locked. Well no it was not locked otherwise we couldn't have entered. Already a weird start.
We first got a room, as small as a closet with and incredible big bathroom. The room did not have any window and thereby no ventilation. We decided not to accept the room and asked for another one. Got a bigger room with 3 beds, but same as the other room, again only a small window in the roof which could not open. The only ventilation the room had was by opening the door. After asking about the windows they told us that none of the rooms had windows that could open.
The bathroom was far from clean, everywhere was dust. The floor was broken and dirty (in both rooms). You could here everyone around walking and talking. We decided not even to stay here.

They will give you whatever you need. I will recommend this to my colleagues, family, and friends. Even the owner is very nice. The room is clean and with everything you need like blower, and heater.

Lovely Stay
Casa Fierro was a lovely stay in Cusco! The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing an resting after lots of touring. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. Is about 10 minutes walking from the main plaza and the staff is very helpful. I would totally come back!
