Impeccable Hostel !!!

Great days spent at Cusco Rock Hostel. Daniel Matt received us very kindly and helped us manage the radio taxi services for our tour and airport transfer. Which facilitated our days, everything was perfect, the best view from the Hostel to look at the whole city. The impeccable room always replenished the shower towels and very importantly the shower water comes out warm!!! Thank you very much to all the girls of the Hostel who always opened the door to us at any time to re-enter. Greetings to them, too, who are doing an excellent job.

Turned away from hostel

When I arrived in the evening to check into the hostel I was informed there was not a room for me as they were full. Despite booking on the Hostelworld app and confirming by email, I was turned away and left to find alternative accommodation late at night in Cusco.
Sadly, this seems to be a theme with this hostel. Proceed with caution.

My experience in cusco rock has been really good. I'm grateful to Daniel and all the staff.

The place is very nice. The facilities are elegant and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
I've really felt at home.
I will definitely return to Cusco and choose cusco rock for my stay.
I will also recommend the hotel to those who wish to visit Peru.

Fantastic experience

We booked our accommodation quite late at night (22:30). The booking system on the Hostelworld app jammed, and unfortunately, the hostel didn’t have a room available for us upon arrival. However, they went above and beyond to help us, finding another room nearby for the night. The next day, we received our room without any issues.
Additionally, we booked an incredible Rainbow Mountain tour through the hostel, which was perfectly organized. After the trip, we accidentally left our bag with fresh clothes on the bus, but the hostel owner promptly resolved the situation and got it back for us.
Our stay was incredibly comfortable — the hostel has everything you could possibly need, and we felt truly well taken care of.
We can’t praise the hostel and its staff highly enough!

Loved the location, and the friendliness of everyone. highly recommended

Very good service. the rooms are spacious, comfortable. Beautiful view.
The location is very good. Daniel is an excellent host.
It would improve breakfast and dinner, but certainly the place is recommended by the kindness of the people who attended us.
