Quiet and nice

Great cottage in quiet surroundings, however right at E6. Superb with good solution for late check-in. It was just to call, and the appointment Vippsing then it was solved - we could come anytime we wanted, so we avoided stressing on the way to reach the reception. Thank you.

Very recommendable

We only stayed one night this time, but would very much like to come back some time.
The service faxilities are nice and clean and well maintained. The site is close to the road, but still quite peaceful.

Outstanding Facility for Camping

We rented a 2 bedroom cabin. We had our own kitchenette but shared the bathroom and running water with the rest of the folks. Everything was clean and in great shape. The decor was outdated, but who really cares when you're at a campground?
The bathrooms were by far the very best public restrooms/showers of all the campgrounds we visited in Norway. Everything was clean. There were many stalls. Also, there were many vanity counters and sinks for getting ready in the morning. This was fun! There was also a little dressing nook with a curtain for privacy.
English was spoken well. The staff was kind and accommodating. The grounds were very well-kept. The community kitchen area was well-stocked and clean.
The location of this campground was great. Easy to find and in a convenient spot off Road E6.

It is about standard price for a simple cabin in Norway, shared kitchen and bathroom, but the communal kitchen area is quite small. If the wind is wrong, then you will have the strong odor of cow dung from the nearby dairy, and in a tent this could be misery.

Perfect camping

The camping is well located near the river but far enough to not be assaulted by insects. The bathroom is the cleanest one I've ever found in a camping; a semi-equipped kitchen is also present free of use. Highly reccomended!
