A very special stay
We were unfortunately only in camp for one night, but we really enjoyed them.
We hadn't received a text message with the code and information about our cabin, but at the reception from Basecamp we were then provided with everything. You can then drive to Camp Lodge, from there it is only a few meters to the individual cabins. These are real Tiny Houses, each with an incomparable view over Narvik.
The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.
The bathroom is between bedroom and living area, you have to dry the floor in the bathroom after showering, but this is all quite straightforward.
Breakfast we picked up with a code from the fridge in the lodge. However, if you have your own things with you, I would recommend having breakfast.

just something else
we slept two nights in this, I say stylish container high above narvik, although we had very rainy weather the view was still beautiful, you can eat yourself, coffee or tea ( beware induction stove ) the fridge is big and there is even a dishwasher. by car you are in a few minutes in the nearest supermarket... in the dark it is a bit difficult to get to camp, so I recommend arriving in the light. the bathroom with shower area is exactly between bedroom and kitchen and you have to dry the floor in the bathroom always otherwise you have wet feet all the time, but heating you can use the container well.

Highly recommended!
We received our arrival/check in/unlocking door information the day we were to arrive.
Firstly, driving up to the camp can be a bit of a challenge for tourists not familiar with the area, but all is well that ends well.
We ended up at the reception of the basecamp and quickly and efficiently assisted with how to proceed to the rooms and also how to unlock and enter the room.
These are renovated containers with a lot of glass walls to help appreciate the stunning views as well as get a glimpse of the northern lights.
The entry is in the middle of the container with an area to hang up coats and leave shoes.
To the right is the kitchenette and lounge area, and to the left the bathroom and sleeping area.
Outside in the front is a deck the full length of the structure and also a sliding door to open up if the weather is nice.
The kitchen was well equipped with kitchen utensils, so cooking and heating up food was not a problem.
The heating was sufficient to keep us warm at night, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The best part of these units are of course the views! During sunset and at night, the views of Narvik are pretty and sort of calming.
And needless to say when the northern lights start - all you need to do is go sit outside on the deck and appreciate how wonderful it is!
Cannot fault anything and definitely recommend splurging a bit to stay here at least one night!

Unique and superb experience
An unprecedented and fascinating experience to discover absolutely! We overlook the city of Narvik and the whole fjord, we are surrounded by trees, surrounded by nature. They are only floor-to-ceiling windows and the ceiling of the room is glazed to allow you to see the Northern Lights. Which was not our case since it was not the season.
We had done our shopping before arriving at the camp, and we had a great dinner and breakfast , with, among other things, Lofoten salmon found in supermarket!
Everything is beautiful, from the apartment to the dishes to the shower gel that smells like pine sap. Everything is well thought out.

We were unfortunately only here for one night, but were completely thrilled, although the beginning was a bit bumpy. We arrived, but there was no one there. We then called a contact number and learned that we should have gotten a text message with code, but something went wrong. I got the code over the phone, worked as well.
The accommodation we were immediately taken with, it was cuddly warm and the look is perfect. If you want to do self catering here, you have to bear in mind that you really have to bring everything yourself, whereby actually a French Press and a packet of coffee was provided for it, which was of course very friendly, but otherwise there was nothing, you would have to bring everything yourself.
You have to keep in mind that you sleep under a glass roof, so if it doesn't get dark at night, as it does now in May, you have to be able to sleep like that. Black sleep masks are actually provided, however, which I found extremely attentive.
After shopping again, we came back and the lock stopped working. So called the number again, and even if it was a bit annoying for the moment, I have to say that the service was extremely friendly and fast. Within 5 minutes, a staff member was there and brought a key.
Apart from us, there was, as we suspected, only one other party in the complex, so it was very quiet and we didn't mind that everything was made of glass.
Also, that when showering the whole "bathroom" gets wet, I didn't find it bad, especially since there was a very effective puller and the floor dries scratch-fatz due to the underfloor heating. So please don’t let it deter you, it’s really no problem.
