Location was great. But the room was very basic. Very small TV. Nothing fancy but great location.

The location is excellent. It's next to nice shopping centers.
An area in need of improvement was that the room got too hot during the day. Maybe a good fan would help (the fan available was not that good).
Also, there's a nice balcony but there were no chairs or tables to enjoy it. I would add those items to improve the stay.

The hotel is well located, in Polanco close to Antara shopping center and secure sites. Breakfast is dire, they only have eggs and coffee so opt to go out for lunch. The rooms are basic, they have just enough, they are small and do not fix the room, they only gave me a towel for three days, there was not even toilet paper. In the night you heard everything. In short, it's ok for the price and what is, if you don't mind luxuries and just go to sleep , although it's not a good break because you hear everything from the other rooms.

The room advertised on the website appeared to be of a decent size and equipped with basic amenities; however, the actual room was significantly smaller than expected, with no ventilation, insufficient lighting in both the room and washroom, and it was located directly next to the kitchen. The lack of airflow and constant noise made the space feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was shared and consistently unclean. I frequently had to wait in long lines to use it, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, after purchasing groceries and storing them on the kitchen shelf, several items including cooking oil, salt, and other supplies were stolen.
Only one towel was provided, with no additional basic amenities. Despite charging USD $45 per night for a single room, the quality of service and accommodations was extremely poor.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this property again nor recommend it to others.
