Amazing staff

My friend and I stayed one night. Massin is very friendly. Reda is amazing! He walked me two blocks at 1am to go to the ATM and when that didn't work he took me to two more. He also took me to get a SIM card and set it all up for me. I would return to stay here just for Reda! The riad itself has a cute courtyard and a quiet relaxing roof terrace. The location is in a residential local neighborhood which was nice to escape the crowds of tourists. It has a market with everything nearby. My only complaint would be that the dorm is too small for luggage lockers, but the staff more than made up for this.

Perfect intro to Marrakech

What a nice place to stay on the first visit to Marrakech ever. Biggest plus is the staff, Massin and Rida are so helpfull and friendly, you instantly feel welcome there. We got tips about so many things, arranged excursions and had fun conversations. The rooms and the riad are really traditional and in good shape. Met some other travelers, really advise to go hear for the Marrakech experience.

Cheap and young

Typical Riad, good furniture, hot water, peaceful, pleasant terrace for caching the first sunrays in the morning, or where spent a joyfully night with other guesses.
Young atmosphere, people are respectful and the reception is very helpful and kind and smiling.
It needs to be renovated a little bit, but maybe this old atmosphere smells like authentic.

Amazing place and staff!

Had an amazing time on Riad Massin. Super comfortable beds and place in general. Excellent value for money. Ahmed makes you feel at home all the time. He spends the whole day fine-tuning the place to make every guest comfortable and he even invited us one of the best tagine in Morocco. The terrace is really nice and perfect to chill during the colourful sunsets that Marrakech offers day by day. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time!

Kind and helpful staff, but I had few issues during my stay

I stayed in Riad Massin because I was referred by a friend. As I woman traveling by myself in Morocco, I cared about safety in the first place, and it was good to have a reference. So as a plus, Riad Massin is a safe place, has kind and helpful staff, cheap, clean and has a good location. However, I had few issues during my stay: (1) My bathroom was flooding (what made me shower in the public bathroom few times even though I paid for having my private bathroom); (2) They do not accept credit card, what made me run out of cash on day 1 of my trip. To be fair, they let me pay the second part via paypal, but it would be helpful to be offered this option at first; (3) I asked for a receipt regarding the airport transfer, as I could get reimbursed by my work, but they were not able to provide it.
Sometimes it was noisy in the evenings, as most of the rooms face the patio, but this is a general Riad issue. Overall my stay went well, it could just be better without the issues mentioned before.
