Gorgeous

The Riad is magnificent and very well located between Place Djamee Elfna and Place des Ferblantiers (Bahia Palace). the terrace is very pleasant in the evening for an aperitif.
We also had dinner in the living room where we shared a royal couscous with friends and had a pleasant time. The salads, couscous and dessert were divine. The team is very welcoming and competent, they organized all our excursions, restaurant outings and hammam for us. the Deluxe rooms are spacious and very pleasant with a desk for teleworking. We recommend this Riad for those who want to live a unique experience in a beautiful establishment.

An abandoned riad...

An abandoned riad...
Broken office chair, mediocre breakfast, no breakfast tea throughout the stay (3 nights), used and holed sheets, 90% clogged sink but the staff does not know how to solve the problem, etc...
I understand that the staff is abandoned to its sad fate and takes the recriminations of customers without being able to do anything....To flee!

Unpleasant experience

They gave us a room that was clearly inferior to the one arranged with Booking. Specifically it averages 7 m2.
The manager refused to show his face and made it the person working at night to deal with the situation.
Violent and unpleasant result.

A wonderful week

We spent a very good week with family at Riad Kamal.
Ideally located a few minutes from Jemaa el Fna square, the place is pleasant and really beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and offered many reservation services as well as being always available. The rooms are spacious and functional and the beds are comfortable.
We were able to enjoy the pool on the terrace, ideal for cooling off after a long day in the medina.
The breakfast was excellent and the meals delicious.
Other people were also present in the riad but everyone was able to fully enjoy their privacy.
We highly recommend this riad and will happily return.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Riad Kamal in Marrakech for a week and were received exceptionally well. The staff were warm and discreet, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day, which gave us a great start to our days. In addition, the geographical location of the riad was ideal, as it was close to all the important sites of Marrakech. We were able to take advantage of the terrace to have an aperitif with other tourists, as well as the sunny swimming pool on the roof. This added an extra dimension of relaxation to our stay. In summary, our stay at Riad Kamal was wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Marrakech.
