A beautiful Moroccan gem in the heart of the Marrakesh.

We stayed at this stunning riad with a beautiful courtyard, plunge pool and intricate white plasterwork for 3 nights. We were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea and snacks on arrival, lovely touch that we cherished. Rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style with elegant arched headboards, though not the most modern but elegant. Housekeeping ladies regularly checked if we needed anything. Staff are exceptionally helpful specially Hussain whom arranged our intercity buses and an Essaouira day trip when our UK cards failed online. Located just minutes from the Medina, Jemaa el-Fnaa, Koutoubia Mosque, and most attractions of Marrakesh. A wonderful Marrakesh base.

3 nights in Marrakesh

Just returned from a short break here at this small Riad. Great location just outside souk and with a fantastic restaurant opposite. All checked in with a welcoming mint tea before heading out to explore. Very polite and helpful but Riad looks a little tired.
Booked a King room due to bath but plug was broken (this was replaced next day) took ages to fill up but was great after a day exploring souks etc.
A hairdryer you can use at dressing table would have been better than the one connected in bathroom.
Fireplace was a feature but doesn’t get lit - there’s a heater to plug in. No bathrobes provided as described. Flat screen smart tv that showed Netflix & prime but didn’t allow you to log on to your account so we used our phones. To be fair we weren’t in the Riad much and just used it as a base but I do prefer the under promise and over deliver attitude.
Breakfast was served in different areas around pool.
Loved Marrakesh though and will be back but probably stay somewhere different

Good location

I must admit we are a bit disappointed. The location is great with a short walking distance to the souck and square.
The room was ok except from the shower that was a bit dirty. The inside of the Riad nice and cute as expected.
Breakfast was just ok, nothing more and the croissant and bread were definitely re-heated. We asked to have breakfast on the roof but this was not possible as the kitchen was on the ground floor????? A bit strange and disappointing as it was supposed to be part of the experience.
Our biggest disappointment was the service, when we asked in the reception about anything, we could hardly get an answer or recommendation. We are aware it’s not the easiest time of the year but this cannot excuse the lack of service. If asked I would say try the Riad just a few meters down the road, we had excellent service there when we had dinner and made the dinner reservation.

Simple but good location

Hotel with good location, friendly staff, make special mention of the curly night boy, always willing to help.
Although if I came back and couldn't find anything better considering the value for money I wouldn't mind repeating, there are things to improve, my room one day smelled like a sewer , it was very small and was in the courtyard of breakfasts so you woke up when you started preparing them.

Beautiful Riad; Helpful Staff; Great Location

Wonderful accommodation, beautiful traditional Riad - the best experience. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect for us as a family and breakfast was a fabulous traditional Moroccan feast. Location is superb, no more than a 5min walk from the souks and the main square.
