Very good

Riad a few minutes from the center, about 15 min walk, on a very quiet area and close to one of the many souks.
Nice and very clean, helpful and very kind staff. The boy Moha gave us all the information we needed even accompanied to take the taxi in the evening. Absolutely recommend.

Avoid - dirty riad.

Very dirty Riad. Shower had mould all over , there was ants in every corner of the riad.
Bed sheets were ripped and had a lot of hair on pillows and sheets.
Would not recommend.

I can’t understand why this Riad is rated by others as superb. I understand it is in the old town which was a great location but the Riad is tired and our room had a smell of drains. No ability to make a drink in our room or at the Riad. One owner said use the kitchen, the other told us off when we did. Breakfast only served at 9am which was when all of our tours started and we felt a nuance when we asked if we could have breakfast at 8am. The request was granted but the owner always seemed in a bad mood.
Beds with no mattress protection and dirty rugs.
It rather spoilt a birthday celebration.

Extremely disappointing housing

Our experience at the Riad Arabkech was extremely disappointing.
Assigned room not appearing on the ad, we received another room the next day after requesting it. This new room was disastrous: sanitary in a catastrophic state, mold, taps in a very advanced state and so on.
Then the room was not clean, carpet very dirty, hanging with stains but also very uncomfortable bedding, containing supplies and stains on the sheets. The famous double bed advertised which are 2 single beds. Then we continue to fall from above. Almost all the services advertised are non-existent!! Restaurant in the ad, reality none. Traditional breakfast, reality breakfast without flavor and industrial. Payment by card possible, requires only cash. Daily cleaning, 1 visit over 5 days. And to top it all off, a large group is present at the same time as us, we report that they make a lot of noise but the only answer was “they fill the Riad at least”
In short, a disaster from A to Z, the opinions are sometimes only showcase but once inside it is something else.

liked being in the central city. Had to walk quite a distance to Riad, taxi service not available in immediate area. Staff was accommodating to order a taxi and accompanied us to the taxi pick up stand.
