Best view in Kokkari, Samos !!

Stayed in August/September (2016) with my wife for 10 nights. ! Had an amazing time. The owners are genuine good people!! They did more than enough for us. Rooms are small but super clean and in all honesty they have the best view in all Kokkari. Ask for the rooms on the top floor though to enjoy these amazing views. No tv in the rooms but who needs to watch tv when on holidays. Value for money, close proximity to everything. Suitable mostly for couples. Beds are twin beds but so what. Just move them close to eachother. Will come again in the near future !! A special thanks to all members of the family who own the place and had the pleasure of meeting them. Ps : the photos are all actually taken from our room.

Basics on the rock

Forget bringing 2 heavy suitcases here. Your heart will quit.
The cheaper rooms are on ground floor and have a bit of terrace with a view.. of parked cars.
Get a room on higher floor. A few euro more but it comes with a village and sea view.
Basic rooms. No shampoo given.
If you need wifi.. dont book this place.cause the wifi is on and off.
Cheap but we understand why.

Very disappointed

The owner turned out to be untrustworthy. Although I booked the room for 3 nights, on the 2nd day they told me that I have to leave the room because it had been booked by others from Booking.com. Very disappointed

Piece of heaven

We rented two joining studios and could not have been more pleased. The location is perfect as it is on a small hill in between the town of Kokarri and a small beach, both reachable by a 3 minute walk - no car necessary. There are wonderful restaurants and shops in town, and the beach is heavenly with a wonderful restaurant/bar with umbrellas and chairs for rent. I would not hesitate to return here and have already recommended it to friends who are competing for bookings!

Fabulous!

Stayed at the Kamelia twice this year and can't wait to go back next year.
The best views of Kokkari. The owners are so friendly. The rooms are very clean.
Couldn't ask for anything better.
Highly recommend it.
