The suites are beautifully designed and offer breathtaking views that make it hard to leave What truly made the difference was the exceptional concierge service. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every recommendation, reservation, and request was handled with genuine care, professionalism, and remarkable attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to Katerina, Maria, Sofia and Giannis for making us feel so welcome. We would highly recommend Hide Out Suites to anyone visiting Ios.

Beautiful Property
If you're thinking about booking this property, let my review be your sign that you absolutely should.
We only stayed for one night, but it was a truly memorable experience. The room was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I had originally planned to spend part of the day at the beach and then go out to dinner later that evening. However, the moment we walked into the room, we immediately changed our plans. We knew we wanted to spend the entire day and night enjoying everything the room had to offer—and that's exactly what we did.
Room service was available and delivered promptly, and every meal we ordered was delicious. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. One detail I especially appreciated was being able to check in directly in our room rather than at the front desk, which made the arrival process feel even more personalized and relaxing.
I truly can't say enough about the room itself. It was spotless, beautifully designed, spacious, and offered stunning views. The outdoor space had full sun exposure, and the private pool made the experience even more special. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained.
Overall, our stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We left wishing we had booked a longer stay.

Staying at The Hideout Suites is next-level vibes!From your own private pool for ultimate chill sessions to the super-friendly reception crew, top-notch bar vibes, and spotless service – everything is just perfect. A fantastic stay in real comfort with incredible views
We loved our four night stay at the Hideout suites. We visited as a family of four with two teenagers, who both had single beds. Their beds were in the living room though we could have upgraded for an additional cost. As it is it worked out fine.
The views from the infinity pool over the beach and to the sea were just incredible. The beds inside and sunbeds were all very comfortable.
Oia is a bit of a party island and the walk to the restaurants at the beach is steep so we took advantage of room service a few times - and we most say the food was really nice, particularly the a la carte breakfast.
The team were very helpful and friendly, including the wonderful welcome when we arrived complete with free ice creams, all the staff and also the excellent massage which is highly recommended.

Lovely view but suites need improving for the price
We booked this hotel for a luxury experience for 3 nights. The view and outdoor area is lovely and is beautiful to wake up to.
However, for the price point and position they are trying to situate themselves in the market - there was a lot lacking for us.
• no full length mirror
• no tissues in bathroom
• few items in the suite were noticeably from ikea
• glassware and spoon for tea / coffee was dirty
• tacky sticker in the bathroom to prevent you flushing tissue (understand this needs to be communicated but the sticker was tacky and peeling off)
• toilet smelt of sewage
• shower head was squirting in all directions
• floor felt dirty (had to wipe feet before putting shoes on)
• noticed a few hairs that weren’t ours!
• room service took 1 hour for lunch and also salad was soggy (this is because it comes from the beach bar)
• reception staff talking amongst themselves in Greek language whilst we were waiting
• would often call the room and then when we would answer they would end the call (would be very annoying if we were asleep)
• had to call reception every day to tell them when we wanted the cleaners to come (never had to do this before?!)
• tea and coffee was messy and not aligned in the tray (I know this sounds picky but when paying nearly £400 a night I would expect this to be straight)
• no water in the fridge for our arrival
• staff member forgot who we were after he collected us from the port
• pool was very cold
• had to pay €5 each for use of a gym that is part of a sister hotel (gym was not a luxury experience whatsoever and wouldn’t expect to pay this for the price of the hotel)
The outdoor area does lose sun by 5pm but understand there was always going to be a point it was lost! No not complaining about that.
The area of Ios is strange - you either have the main centre or the beach area. Whilst there are nice restaurants among these, nowhere gets busy before 9pm.
Best restaurants we visited were Salt (near the beach) and Katogi (in the centre).
In summary, we would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a super luxurious experience. Unless you are in Ios for a wedding, or a party scene - then I would suggest to choose a much nicer Greek island to visit.
