Okupa sijaitsee kohteessa Keskusta huvielämän keskuksessa. Liiketoimintaa tukeviin palveluihin kuuluvat työpöydät ja puhelin; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut ovat myös tarjolla (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). A really well thought out hostel with fantastic staff and chilled vibes

This is a lovely hostel/hotel close to the centre and sites. This came as a choice for an economical 1 week (8 day) Jet 2 holiday from Birmingham UK. Perfect for informal work or leisure. It is really well thought out because the dorm rooms (4 or 6 bunks) are basic, but are super clean with shared en suite, good towels and large locker space. 2 great pillows and a duvet tidied each day. There are rooms too. I was in a 6 so you have to be respectful of others' privacy and not be noisy at designated quiet times and night. The rooms have aircon but this is centrally managed to be on on hot days.
The place excels with it's communal spaces including restaurant bar, outside patio and a mezzanine for reading or computer use. There are power sockets everywhere you can think of; in the bunk space, inside and out of the communal spaces.
Mellow music all day in the communal spaces but not musak. There are DJ sets most nights with chilled sounds, not at all loud.
There is a great bar and really nice food.
The staff were all amazing, so friendly and thoughtful and this made for a great experience overall.
Door and room access is via a phone link which works well but keep phone charged if returning late! I took my charger with me during the day. This said reception is open until 1am, and there is on call if needed.

Great time at Okupa

I stayed 2 days at Okupa. I loved everything about this hostel. The room and other areas were absolutely clean. Such a good atmosphere, live music, the rooftop has an incredible view to the Acropolis. The staff were extremely polite. The location is great, I didn’t need transport to go to the sites. I came back ant night by foot annd felt safe. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool but looks lovely. I strongly advise anyone to stay there.

Awesome place to stay. Secure building, with new tech amenities (building door and room door open capabilities from your own phone) super helpful staff. Like every person was really kind including the restaurant worker who saw me at the wrong side of the building and came to open the door for me and help me to the right place, to the reception to the cleaner to the bartender.
Really clean room, comfy bed, great ensuite shower, filtered water fill stations in hallways and great rooftop pool. This was better than a hotel.

Fresh, fantastic accommodation and staff in this well-located property with the bonus of a rooftop pool to cool off in under the gaze of the acropolis.

We had a great stay as a family of four, with kids ages 7 and 4. The staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The four-bed bunk room was a hit with the kids, and the pool was a nice refuge every afternoon when it got too hot. I’d read that this was a hostel-style hotel, but it felt more comfortable than some of the five-stars we’ve stayed at. Incredible staff always wins!
