The AC didn't work and by the time they got to addressing the issue we had to leave the next day, the furniture was broken and so was the shower curtain and I have pics. They did send us to another property and the AC worked great there but 1st impressions were terrible.

The place is spacious which i liked but the floor looks clean but it's dirty because our feet turns dirty. Kids couldn't play on the ground. Wifi has extremely poor signal... I couldn't do my research and book my excursions and i wasn't able to communicate with anyone to solve my problems. The towels were hard and not in good condition.

Where do I begin?
First, the bed was really old and cranky. There is no bed frame and there is a broken wood frame under the bed. I don't think it is clean at all. The sheets had stains and hair??? It was terrible. They give me some really old bath towels. They were torn apart.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. I told them several times and they stopped responding.
The shower is really small and curtain doesn't hold any water. There are no shampoos or anything. I bought them myself.
The AC is not great also. It doesn't work effectively. It was really hot even though it was constantly on.
Window curtains are missing some parts therefore you cannot shut them all the way. So there is no privacy. Don't expect that. You can be seen from across.
There is a kitchen but there is not any kitchen supplies so it doesn't even matter.
The soap dispenser was broken.
It was the WORST experience of my life in terms of staying a place. Do not think about it at all.
I really surprise how hotels.com still lists this place. It should have been removed.

No. The property was really unclean. Hair on the shower. They put me on the wrong room...but they did end up giving me and nicer one...but it was dirty. The staff were helpful but not at the property. If they don't send you the self-check in instructions you're screwed. I had to let two ladies stay on my room because they hadn't received received them. Saving grace was the location which was excellent.

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the room itself was satisfactory. However, there were some disappointing issues. The room we booked was advertised as including a twin sofa bed, but none was provided.
Although it did not affect our room, I also want to mention that guests across the hall experienced a complete power outage for an entire day and were unable to reach anyone for assistance.
