Nice city hotel with exceptional service

Great hotel with a very good cuisine and the cakes from the in-house pastry shop also tasted very good!!!
The breakfast buffet each morning was extremely extensive and delicious, we missed nothing, as well as the quality of the products and the cleanliness was outstanding.
The newly renovated rooms are very pleasant and modern: Smart TV, air conditioning with remote control. Everything was very easy and practical for us to use, on the hot days (32°) the air conditioning was absolutely awesome.
There are many shops and a shopping center nearby, which were also within walking distance and quickly accessible. The beautiful stadium bath and cinema is also nearby, but is already a bit to walk (about 15 min).
The whole Hecher team was always friendly and helpful to us, great service. At this point it may be worth mentioning that we have already visited some guest houses, hosts and a night hotel in the surrounding area, but the Hecher was by far the best for us.
About the stay: We visited the Hecher as a couple 7 days in August.
We are also looking forward to the next visit.

NEVER AGAIN

Bad, they put us in a room outside the hotel , in the usual stable but outside , in fact we had to go through a closed window , but the price of the room we had seen on the reservation , dirty room and near a dilapidated staircase with near a foul-smelling deposit , at our representations at the reception the very rude lady and told us to go away and she would give us the money back , but at 1930 where we found another place at that time ?? we had an appointment with other people at 20.00.
So AVOID GOING THERE!

Friendly and comfortable

While on holiday I spent two nights with my family in this hotel: big, quite, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and meals in the hotel cafeteria (not to mention the cakes!), quality service and friendly staff. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel in the city center

Very nice hotel in the city center of wolfsberg. The rooms are completly new and the cafe/restaurant have a amazing atmosphere. Very old from around the 80's but delicious dessert. If you have the possibility you have to sit outside and enjoy locals and sun on the terrace.

First visit to Austria....a friendly place to stay

On a trip for business, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with the staff very friendly and excellent. The wait staff was very attentive, and served you with a smile. I'll definitely go back next time in town. The only downside for me was they did not except AMEX which is my business credit card.
