I must disagree with the many bad responses.
Cleanest room, in all areas, breakfast: perfect offer.

I've never experienced such cheekiness!
I had booked the hotel for three nights.
I got a room where it smelled a lot like cigarette smoke!
I asked to move to a different room – but everything was supposedly booked!
The next morning I drove to an appointment.
When I returned at 11pm, there was a stranger in my room sleeping there!!!
My belongings had disappeared!!!
You could not reach anyone – neither by phone nor at the reception.
After a long back and forth another door was opened to me via a remote control,
but my personal belongings weren't there!
No reception, no information, no news of an alleged “move” to another room, no key – nothing at all!
Zero respect for guests!
If you are looking for a hotel – it is definitely not this one!

Not recommended!

We were looking for accommodation in Vienna. My partner is from Vienna and meant 4 stars in the 19th century. District, nothing was supposed to go wrong and booked. But far from it! The rooms are enormously dirty, the linen is apparently not changed between guests! There's hair in all the beds and I'm not talking about one!
My partner even wanted to sleep in the car! The receptionist is very friendly, unfortunately can only help to a limited extent! When we wanted to ask for another room in front of us at the reception was a couple who had complained about urine stench, dirty bathroom and sticky floors. It does not seem to be an isolated incident!
Too bad, the location would be top, only the request for a parking space went unanswered and then there was no one available.
We were then offered a free breakfast for the dirty room, which we thankfully declined, however, because the trust in the hygiene in this house was already no longer there at that time...
When we had emptied our cold coffee in the morning and the bedsheet was dirty, the maid simply made the bed asymmetrically next to it and left the stain. Of course, you can do it that way. But she accepted the 10€ tip...
That's not how hospitality and service can be...

Disgusting, floor sticks on arrival, thought we had already seen everything... then came the hotel sign... 4 stars? Where?

Disaster! To wean off!
Room from the predecessor completely dirty, hair in all beds, sh... at the toilet flush, but no cockroaches, I think they disgust themselves in front of this house!
The cleaning lady's reaction the next day: there were a few teenagers in front of them!
The next day nothing was mopped except the floor! Crumbles in the kitchen still on chairs and floor.
The ghost trains at Prater are less creepy than this apartment!
Location great, Nazan at the reception fights lonely! Thanks to this dedicated employee! He brought us fresh towels and bed linen...

Terrible Stay

To begin with, when we arrived at the hotel we lay down on the sofa bed and it was super uncomfortable, it felt like we were lying on the floor, then we found leftover cake on the floor of the room, which had been left by the previous guests, in other words the room had not been cleaned. At night when we went to bed, after making a complaint to reception, I discovered that the sheets had not been changed, because the smell of perspiration was so strong that it didn't allow me to sleep. The next morning we went to complain and the hotel said they were going to change our room, a situation that didn't happen, because in the afternoon we received a call from the hotel saying that they weren't going to change our room after all. After supposedly cleaning our room, we saw that one of the sheets was smelling bad again, this time with the smell of vomit, in addition to this the room had an old appearance. And that was it, two bad and poorly spent nights.
