Low budget hotel but with the money.

Of course it’s a hostel and not a hotel. Low price (50 euros per night). Therefore its just fine
I had a big flat with equipped kitchenette which I didn’t use, though.
The room was clean. Staff is kind.
Too bad towels we’re not changed once during my 4 nights spent there.
Staff is kind and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage intil 4 pm on the day of delarire.
Certainly a good place of you want to stay close to Westbahnhof: 5 minutes on foot.
Two tram lines (2 min) away that tales you to Margaretengürtel where you have UBahn to the city centre or walk to Westbahnhof to get U3. Basically you can get everywhere.

You pay what it's worth

A place to sleep and that's it, you can hear everything in the rooms, the staff doesn't even exist and when this is a movie, it is true that it is a hostel and it costs little but for another time it is better to look for other alternatives. One positive thing is that it has the station next door.

OK,but no more than that

Very good location,at walking distance to Westbahnhof train station(from this point you can take also some trams,two metro lines or a direct bus to the airport).Placed on a very quiet street.Kind personnel eventhough not all of them speak english.The room had a very well equiped kitchenette, with cooking machine,freezer,microwave oven,cooking pots and tableware.As minuses:old sheets and towels,very poor quality WiFi,no one at the reception in many moments.

Don’t do it.

I hated my time at ‘Happy’Hostel so much that before I had spent a night there, I left and found another place to stay. The place creeped me out, it has a really horrible atmosphere and feels unclean. I FaceTimed a couple of people from home and showed them around the room and they thought similarly. It started off badly, with no one at the check in desk, so I went to find someone who checked me in and started to make inappropriate jokes about bringing girls back etc. Then the room looked like I had time travelled back into the 70s, and not in a good way. I didn’t feel safe leaving my things there and I know that if I stayed, I wouldn’t have slept well because I felt so unsafe. When I left, again there was no one at the front desk so I left the key there and walked away. This place really took away from my enjoyment of Vienna.

Nice and clean room on a tight budget

The room was located inside an apartment and we had access to a full kitchen. There was also a washing machine. The room was very big and clean.
The furniture and fixtures are a bit old and shabby and the location was further from the central area (Hofburg, Opera, museums) than what I originally thought.
It's very close to Westbanhof and there are lots of restaurants, pubs and shops in the area.
Note: the shops are open only until 18.00 on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays
