Very beautiful room

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel to discover this valley of Tirol that we did not yet know. Access from the parking lot is not very convenient with luggage because there is a staircase to enter the hotel. The welcome was friendly, and we were offered a welcome drink accompanied by smoked bacon and crackers. The receptionist provided us with excellent information for hiking. The room was spacious and very well located (221). The cleaning service for the room was really very efficient; absolutely nothing was missing. There is an indoor pool with hot tubs, but they were not working when we went there. The outdoor pool was at a very pleasant temperature; however, we regretted that it was accessible to children because on the first day there was a child jumping into the water non-stop, splashing everyone, which was not very pleasant for relaxation. We also noticed the presence of a small boy in the sauna area, which is prohibited for children under 16 years old. Regarding the meals, we regretted the lack of creativity as the breakfasts were identical every morning and the dinners were repetitive, with two consecutive nights of beef or lamb. Moreover, several times the dishes served were lukewarm. There is a real improvement needed in this area, especially considering the price of the stay.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez pu passer quelques jours reposants chez nous et dans notre vallée.
Nous regrettons toutefois vivement que tous les aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous prenons très au sérieux vos remarques concernant l’accès avec les bagages, les bains à remous, le calme dans l’espace piscine et sauna ainsi que la variété et la température des plats. En particulier en ce qui concerne la détente, les règles de l’espace bien-être et notre offre culinaire, nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients un niveau de qualité fiable et élevé.
Nous allons discuter de ces points en interne et nous nous efforcerons de les améliorer nettement à l’avenir.
Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez rencontré ces désagréments, d’autant plus au regard du prix et des attentes liées à un séjour pleinement réussi. Nous vous remercions d’autant plus pour vos critiques honnêtes et constructives, car elles nous aident à continuer à nous améliorer.
Nous serions ravis de pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour et de vous convaincre alors pleinement dans tous les domaines de notre établissement.

Everything excellent except there was no A/C. It is 100% needed. It get very hot in Summer.

... fantastic place ... highly recommended

Nice hotel, great spa with indoor and outdoor pool, very good base for skiing, snow hiking (they lend poles and boots), sledding... Nice rooms, very rich breakfast, very extensive choice in the evening (we had half board. Very friendly staff ... we will be back

A hotel where you feel very comfortable, with assets offered.

Very nice hotel with an excellent ambience, the staff is very service oriented.
Very good spa area. The food is really good, with one very small exception.

Wellness at its finest

This wellness hotel deserves the name in every respect. An outstanding masseur skillfully kneads away the unfamiliar endeavour of skiing until you feel really comfortable again and go for the 4-course menu in a holiday atmosphere. Before the massage I enjoyed the 34 degree brine bath outside with a view of the mountains and Finnish outdoor or indoor sauna. Really unique.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, all rooms are bright and very clean. There's just nothing to complain about, just to enjoy...
