Very successful conversion with tastefully furnished rooms.

Very nice, family-run hotel with first-class service, very rich breakfast, wonderful views, good wellness offer. Outstanding wine offer.

Ski in/ski out hotel in an ideal location in Oberlech

This slope side hotel and restaurant is located in Oberlech, immediately next to Lech via a simple bus ride, walk or ski excursion and affords ski in and ski out convenience with wonderful mountain views especially if you request a West facing view. My single room was modern, clean and quiet. The hotel rate includes access to a spa area that includes two Finish saunas, an infrared sauna, steam bath and relaxing area. A ski room is located conveniently to direct access to the slopes. The room rate generally includes half board of a full breakfast including eggs of choice, meats, salmon, cheeses and breads; and the four course dinner includes a choice of two entrees and a full salad bar. Although the restaurant is excellent for hotel residents the breadth of menu items offered a la car was limited and expensive. I would certainly consider returning, and recommend the hotel to singles and families.

Skiing Holiday in Austria

Oberlech, Austria is destination we have been to four (4) time now. Easily accessed from Zurich by train and bus. Once you are in Lech, the free shuttle services can get you anywhere you want between towns of Oberlech, Lech, Zurs and Zug. Fantastic after skiing parting to be done with some of the most spectacular views you can see in the Austrian Alps. The Formarin...What a great place to stay. Fantastic food and service and the Bichoff Family is wonderful!!!

Friendly and convenient hotel

We stayed at the Formarin for three nights while snowboarding in Lech and had a great time. The hotel is a ski-in ski-out place situated on the easternmost ski slope in Lech but very well accessible on the way home as the slope is connected to the central runs of the Lech resort.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy (ours even had a heated bathroom floor) with the only downside being a separated bed and sheets. Our room also didn't have the best WiFi signal but that was because it was the farthest from the router on the corridor. Most rooms have a lovely view of the valley.
The breakfasts were tasty and generous and a bit different every day. We really appreciated the underground garage given all the snowfall and coming to warmed up boots every morning was great. We loved the staff and would definitely recommend Formarin to everyone.

Familiär geführtes gemütliches hotel in schöner Lage mit toller Küche.

Sehr nettes Team. Tolle Küche und gute weinkarte. Schöne ruhige Lage. Gemütliche Zimmer. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Toller Blick. Alles sehr gut. Garagenplätze in Tiefgarage inclusive.
Skibus neben Skilift ebenfalls nah am Haus.
