Hahnenkam weekend

This was our third time at this hotel, it's a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are clean the location is excellent and the owner is as friendly and as helpful as they come. I will defiantly come back and stay here again.

Awful service!

We were promised an appartment on the upper floor, with a bath and shared balcony. We received a small room on the second floor, with a shower and no balcony?!
But if we wanted to go up to the balcony, that shouldn’t be a problem and since we are family, my grandparents probably wouldn’t mind me taking a bath upstairs... Ridiculous.
TOTAL(!!!!!!!!!) discount of €50,- but we still had to pay more than €2.000,- and not open for communcation, whatsoever.
Guests of the house for years and years (+/- 20 years), but since we weren’t there last year, she shrugged her shoulders and that was it.
All in all, we would have been satisfied if we either received what we were promised or if there would have been some compensation (price reduction or breakfast).
Will most definitely not come back, since being a loyal customer means nothing.

Excellent Location for a summer visit, too!

You don't have to be a skier to love Kossen and Haus Central. This small cute hotel has a picture perfect view from every window, is a very short walk from every amenity in this cute little town, and provides friendly personalized service. My room had a kitchenette, a nice sitting area, satellite TV , good wifi, comfy bed and very nicely set up bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious and had something to suit every taste, especially the farm fresh eggs. Good private parking behind the hotel. I visited for a long weekend in June, and was charmed by the field of wildflowers, miles of hiking paths, and friendly locals. If you're a para glider, you're less than five minutes from a very popular paragliding mountain. Michi, the proprietor, is very knowledgeable, a lot of fun, and she and her family really go the extra mile to meet all requests.

completly fine

the hotel was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming, we had a good time!
The Hotel Very clean.
Located in a quiet area but not far from the town center.
Spacious rooms.
wifi in public areas.
In summary, an excellent choice.

Small IS beautiful!

Very sympathic owners, excellent ratio price-service, perfectly modern renovated new rooms with fantastic ambiance - small and simplicity, but style can be so nice , here it is demonstrated at it´s best!
