Easter weekend on the Wine Route
The place is really nice and well maintained. Our room was clean and cozy, you immediately felt comfortable. We also particularly liked the location perfect for taking wonderful bike rides along the South Styrian Wine Route directly from there.
A big praise goes to the hosts: The boss Philip, his girlfriend Marina as well as the mum of the house were incredibly friendly and warm. You immediately notice that there is a lot of passion involved here.
Culinary we were also spoiled, the traditional tavern kitchen was just outstanding. For me personally, Gordon Bleu was one of the best I've eaten in a long time!
All in all a wonderful stay, we would love to come back!

Voucher bookings are apparently disadvantaged
Instead of a concrete offer, I was not provided with a room, but only alternative dates were mentioned, which are unacceptable to me. It is particularly irritating that according to your own website, rooms are still available for my originally requested period.
This procedure gives the impression that bookings made via the voucher programme are deliberately disadvantaged or not taken into account at all. If this is the case, it would only be consistent to reconsider your participation in the platform, rather than angering customers with non-transparent and uncustomer-oriented processes.

I am visiting the hotel another time for sure. I really enjoyed the stay and would recomend to families and couples.
