Beautiful, well located, lovingly looked after!

For a long time we have not been welcomed and looked after as warmly and lovingly as by the good spirit of the House of Brigita! She was available for any question with her tips and suggested solutions, always cheerful and well laid out, that's what holidays should feel like!
The house is super located, the apartments are beautiful, well equipped and sparkling clean! The spa and pool are a luxury that you almost don't expect, as is the ski stable!
We have already booked for next year, we are already looking forward to coming back....

An exceptional hotel and staff.|

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally luxurious.
Cleanliness, location, and attention from the hotel staff were outstanding.
A warm smile and gracious hospitality upon arrival.
This experience must be repeated.

Amazing hotel

Amazing apart-hotel right next to the ski lift. Hotel has breakfast included. It also has a small kutschen with all the utensils you could need. friendly staff. The spa is very relaxing and has a pool. Friendly staff.

Poor service, bad breakfast, small rooms

We stayed at Laurus for our skiing holiday in February 2020. We booked an apartment and a double room. The location is nice, close to the lift, but beware that the hotel is right in the bank of a river, this opening windows at night is not possible due to the noise. The rooms are extremely small, the bathrooms are tiny. Hardly enough for one person, and with a small radiator, not sufficient for all the skiing clothes to be dried. The hotel facilities are clean and relatively new. The interior is functional, but without any details that give it coziness. The wellness facilities are nice. There is a relatively large pool and two saunas. A separate note in breakfast. The offer is poor, and staff is extremely unfriendly. We had a bad consciousness asking for a second coffee. On one morning at 8.30, apparently there were no more eggs one could boil. Fruit salad looks at least 2-3 days old. Definitely not a level of a four star hotel. All is all we were disappointed with the hotel and would not come back.

Perfect

The Laurus has a fabulous location with the chairlift just behind. The pool, sauna and steam room were gorgeous and just lovely after a day skiing. The hotel staff really made the stay perfect, they were always happy, friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is clean, modern and the breakfast is delicious.
