Scary owner, don't risk your safety.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, the owner Alex was abusive and vile to me over the phone. My flight had been delayed so I was late arriving in Venice and instead of helping me he shouted at me for about 20 minutes down the phone. Absolutely horrible and scary experience. I had to find alternative accomodation at 1am because i was too scared to meet this guy. He then blocked me and refuses to refund my $300. Please dont risk your safety with this guy, especially if youre a solo female traveller.

Holiday

The hotel is located in the heart of Rialto, a few steps from the main square and the main shopping area. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Obviously I will return because I felt like home!!!!

Great quiet, central location. No air-con, shared apartment, welcome variable

Nice local. 2nd floor walk up. No air conditioning! Shared apartment, not a guest house. Other individuals and couples of other nationalities coming and going in other rooms. Double room very pretty. Spacious twin room doubles as storage space with 3 not pretty armoires and 2 spare mattresses on top of them+ wall size plastic cube shelves. With major rehaul in decor it could be a nice room. Small kitchen has 3 fridges...Welcome varies, between very positive and friendly and quite the opposite.

Jamais plus .

Très mauvaise expérience ..J'ai été contrainte d'annuler mon voyage quelques jours avant d'y aller.. j'allais à la Biennale d'Architecture. J'ai demandé à être remboursée ou à pouvoir venir à un autre moment parce que je devais quand même venir pour cette biennale pour des raisons professionnelles... refus de l'hôte qui m'a laissé croire que peut-être s'il relouait la chambre, il me rembourserait ... biensûr, je n'ai plus eu de nouvelles. je ne suis jamais allée à la Biennale parce que j'ai perdu 204 euros à cause de cet hôtelier, j'ai du payer intégralement la chambre, j'étais au chômage et c'était important pour moi d'aller à cette Bennale, et je n'avais plus les moyens de repayer une chambre d'hôtel pour pouvoir y aller à un autre moment. ce qui est sûr est que je n'irai pas là-bas le jour où j'irai à Venise
