Fantastisch

We spent 3 amazing days in SA Suites. The host Nick and hostess Anja have realized beautiful rooms in their beautiful manor house. The attractive rooms are spacious and have a beautiful luxuriously finished bathroom.
The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated with beautiful accessories. Every detail has been thought of.
Nick and Anja make sure you lack nothing. A great breakfast in the morning and a delicious three-course menu in the evening cooked by chef Anja with delicious wines advised by wine expert Nick.
The pool is lovely with nice sunbeds. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area.
All in all a great experience and we are already dreaming of coming back.

A perfect house in Apulia with 5-star comfort, impressive design, and warm hospitality.

A dream hotel with a personal touch! It starts with a truly warm welcome from Anja and Nick. Then follows a small tour of the property, and one is overwhelmed by the beautiful design of the impressive mansion. Everything is perfectly thought out and designed with a lot of love for detail and taste. Then the room on the first floor: large, high rooms completely in pleasant, muted colors harmoniously coordinated. A lovely terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. A dream bathroom at the highest luxurious level. And then you fall into the huge, comfortable beds, and the relaxation is perfect.
In the morning, a wonderful greeting: the few tables are set with white linens, and the individual breakfast at the table with a tiered stand (cold cuts, cheese, deliciously cut fruit), small jars of jam, butter, and crispy bread products await you. Immediately, Anja comes to ask about any further wishes such as eggs, juices, yogurt, and muesli. This is how the morning can begin!
In the evening, Anja prepares a delicious three-course menu upon request, and you can chat casually with other guests if you wish. You find yourself in excellent company.
There is truly no criticism - even with the highest demands for design and comfort.
We can only highly recommend this small hotel! Also an ideal location for sightseeing in the central and southern parts of Apulia.

Oasis in Puglia

There are accommodations that meet expectations, and there are accommodations that leave you speechless. SA Suites belongs to the latter.
The villa dates back to 1908, built in Art Nouveau style — and it shows in every detail: original moldings, generous proportions, that quiet solidity that only buildings with history possess. The decor is spectacular: each room has its own personality, the materials are top-notch, and there is an aesthetic coherence that you only achieve when the designer also lives in the place.
But what makes SA Suites special are its owners. Attentive without being overwhelming, approachable without being intrusive, with that natural gift for making guests feel like they are the most important part of the day. The service was perfect from start to finish.
We are in Trepuzzi, just a few minutes from Lecce, surrounded by olive trees and silence. A true paradise.
If you are looking to truly relax in Puglia — not just sleep, but rest — this is the place. We will return.

True enjoyment

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with such warmth that we instantly felt at home. Evenings were pure joy: refreshing cocktails and delicious diners and wines. We truly enjoyed our stay in the Sa Suites villa.

A hidden gem in Puglia; stylish location and suites, incredible hosts

What a truly special place this is. We spent a wonderful week at Sa Suites and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfectly situated for exploring the stunning towns and villages of Puglia.
Our room was stylish, spacious, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast, and in the evenings we enjoyed fantastic dinners prepared with great passion and care. The cozy atmosphere, the lovely conversations with other guests, and the amazing signature cocktails at the bar and on the beautiful terrace with breathtaking views made the experience even more memorable.
The swimming pool is absolutely fantastic as well — the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the region. Everything here feels thoughtfully designed: the atmosphere, the hospitality, the food, and the attention to detail.
Without a doubt, this is a top place to stay in Puglia and somewhere we genuinely felt at home. Not just a stay, but an experience we truly enjoyed. We would love to come back.
