The kindness and availability, never taken for granted

Care, cleanliness, comfort, kindness, availability are the words that best suit the experience made at Bausan 12, B & B located tralatro in a very quiet area of Rome and a few steps from the Olympic Stadium. Absolutely to recommend!

Very close to the rai of via Teulada... it also has a garage you can reach very close on foot... and it is not very far walk from the center... room and clean linen... comfortable bathroom....... price just above average... however recommended... we would stay there again

Beautiful experience, to repeat.

Great location for those, like me, who are passionate about tennis and looking for an accommodation from which to easily reach the Foro Italico. We went to attend the finals of the International Tennis Championships in Rome, and we could reach the courts in just a 10 minute walk!
The room was well cleaned and tidy, equipped with all amenities. In the common area there was a fully equipped kitchen available to all guests and there is also a huge terrace that can be used as a relaxation area or solarium.
Friendly and helpful staff, very attentive to customer needs. Although at the time of booking we were specified that the structure does not serve breakfast, we received, however, a small welcome surprise that, it was later explained, is offered to all customers without any surcharge!

Good and comfortable accommodation

We were there to go to the Foro Italico, 10 minutes walk, very convenient. Spacious and clean rooms, private terrace and beautiful terrace and common services. Close to the metro to go and visit the Roman wonders. Friendly and helpful host, he also gave us excellent information on where to eat well. We made use of the garage, convenient and close.

COMFORTABLE

Holiday home in the Prati area, in front of the RAI studios. Large and comfortable rooms, equipped with en suite bathroom and clean. Large common areas and outdoor terrace. Good connections thanks to the proximity of the Piazzale Clodio bus terminal. Friendly and helpful host.
