Best B & B I have been in so far! Just perfect!

Hello everyone!
Well, I wanted to write this review because I was amazed by Chiara’s and Laura’s B&B.
They were very kind and helpful during my entire stay and were always reachable. The B&B itself is beautiful, clean, cozy and you have everything you need.
The beds are very comfortable (better than my own) and every detail is taken care of and done with love and care. The design is beautiful and you really have a warm atmosphere. The room was quiet and you have more than enough space.
The location is central- excellent. Metro just around the corner as well the Coin department store.
Food was delicious and most was home-made. Just lovely.
You always have warm water and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood.
As a person who travels a lot both for business and pleasure I can honestly say they deserve the highest grade and it is no wonder they received a reward for best review.
They really deserve it and I wish them all the best!

Very dirty

Worst disappointment in Rome, the room was disgusting and smelled bad. Liliana, responsible for the space, provided terrible service. We had to leave the place and look for another hotel the same night, it was very unpleasant.

Bad accommodation

The bed is uncomfortable, worse than a sofa bed. Very small shower, impossible to take a shower without leaning against the walls. Terrible shower.
Walls, floor, curtains, windows and furniture very dirty.
We announced our arrival time and the person was not there to welcome us.

Good apartment in a great area

The apartments are very nice and the hosts are absolutely delightful. The apartment is 100m from the Metro San Giovanni and just a few stops from the main station and all of Rome. The a/c in the apartment worked great and was much appreciated. The walls are pretty thin so you may end up hearing your other guests. Also, and I think this is indicative of Rome, the plumbing is pretty loud. Anytime someone in the flat uses the toilet or shower, you will hear a loud noise. Breakfast is pretty standard for the region and consists of coffee, yogurt, cereals, and pastries. There is also a fridge for common use.

Amazing b&b close to Colosseum

Good location, just a 10 minutes walk from Colosseum, 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia, there s a metro station just a few meters away if you want to explore Vatican.
Super clean, delicious breakfast, good coffee, lovely hosts, everything you need.
