Great location something to improve

Perfect location. Next to open s. Biagio, pedestrian area but possibility of parking one step away. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent assistance for easy check in and check out. These are the strengths. Breakfast can be 'done in a great cafe' a step away, with pastry livello.Punti weaknesses: beautiful terrace but very neglected. Nothing to do with the photos that are published. The incannucciata is no longer there, the plants are all dry, in general it seems that the b & b is populated only by cleaning women (I repeat perfect cleaning) but that there is someone who takes care of it. That terrace so abandoned to itself with all those dried plants is a sign of neglect compared to the strength of the b & b. The idea is that it's a little neglected. Steep stairs, not suitable for those with movement problems.

Celebrating wedding anniversary

Beautiful apartment (Luxury), very satisfied. Excellent place . Very well located in the historic city. Easy entry, thanks to Julián who was always willing to respond and help.
We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. But Julián took care of sending us brown bathroom items

Exellent!

The location of the place is the best you could have in Lecce, just within one of the marvellous gates of the old town. The room was spatious and had two windows that alloud light. Very nicely furnitured with the best mattrass ever - better than at home! And a proper table with two chairs. We were met with two helpful and nice lades working at the place. The communication with the host was very good, he arranged with new guests so we could stay in our room when we decided to extend our visit. Thank you!

Great location, convenient to access everywhere, clean and comfortable in to stay, definitely this is a money value place to be recommended

Great location with a sad bathroom

The location was fabulous, easy access to the old city. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. On street parking not too far and handy to use the app advertised on the street. Surprisingly quiet at night despite the room and balcony facing the street. There is a lovely terrace on the rooftop that has chairs and tables and a view. On the downside, the bathroom for the “Lecce” room depicted on the website is not the actual bathroom. The shower had flimsy doors and was taped together. The sink was clogged and although we asked for it to be fixed the first hour we arrived, it was never fixed.
