Great stay in Jesolo

I stayed 4 days in this hotel, I had already been there about 8 years ago. Family-run hotel, the owners make you feel immediately at ease, very clean room and above all great food and always kind waiters!
Beautiful heated pool.
I recommend it!

A pleasant surprise

I spent a few days (September 2 to 6) at the Sofia hotel with my family. I found the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff of the janitors is attentive but a special applause I do to Ilda, always with a smile and helpful. Being a hotel in a seaside resort , I found in the balcony a thread for hanging laundry. The staff is friendly, kind and always smiling (they immediately granted my request for a side for my son's bed and another pillow). At my every request regarding my son's Food needs, the staff was very helpful. A special applause to the waiter Marco who always treated us with courtesy and kindness.
The food is good, I later found out that the chef is Sicilian.
Included in the price of the accommodation there is access to the lido (umbrella and deckchairs) with a numbered pass that you use throughout your stay.
It was a pleasant stay and if I return to Jesolo, I would definitely stay here again.

A holiday to repeat!!!

We stayed at Hotel Sofia and... what about? More than a holiday, it felt like a hug with a sea view!
The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the beach and also very close to the main street for a nice evening walk.
Housekeeping Service: Top!!!!
The staff was super friendly and always smiling – a special appreciation to our waiter Marco very professional, helpful and attentive.
Cuisine: a riot of goodness!!!!!! exceeded expectations, really excellent not only for the quality of the food but also in the presentation of the dishes. Our palate was delighted from breakfast also because the desserts were homemade.
For us cold, the heated pool was yet another added value!!!
In short, Hotel Sofia has won us over: welcoming, relaxing and with that extra touch that makes you feel pampered.

10 wonderful days!

We recently finished our holiday at the Sofia hotel, which has left us with a beautiful memory!
We were satisfied with everything .. delicious food, fast Service (which is very welcome with a 3 year old), variety in food, always clean room, like all the rest of the environments!
Staff always attentive, kind and helpful for every request!
Bike rental Service very helpful and appreciated!
One thing that made our stay even more beautiful was definitely the pool, heated, clean, spacious and sunny!
The family management makes everything more pleasant and makes you feel immediately at home!
In short .. Jesolo was a nice discovery, this hotel even more!
We hope to return soon!

More attention

Very bad experience with this hotel, booked in January... Arrived at the time of stay we found a very small room (2adults + 2 children), hot and with air conditioning malfunctioning, the food delicious, too bad that even here there was a waitress not friendly to our simple requests, on arrival of a drink was slammed on the table and left....

Gentilissimo Constantin,
per scrivere di pessima esperienza prima dovresti averla vissuta. Non è il tuo caso perchè non sei mai stato qui da noi.
Comunque se Tu volessi passare qualche giorno al Sofia scopriresti:
Che l'aria condizionata funziona a benissimo
Che il personale è sempre sorridente perchè lavora in posto meraviglioso
Che a camera piccolissima corrisponde un prezzo piccolissimo

P.S.: Purtroppo Tripadvisor consente di scrivere di esperienze mai fatte a chiunque lo voglia fare. In questo caso ho fatto reclamo e mi hanno risposto che hanno verificato che chi ha scritto ha effettivamente soggiornato da noi. Nulla di più falso e scorretto.
