A great apartment, that is really well located.

A great apartment, that is really well located. The host Idalgo is great, really helpful and generous. The apartment was spacious and really well appointed.
The homemade Tiramisu was the ultimate surprise and delight moment.
The apartment is across the road from Como di Lago train station and a 100m to the ferry wharf. An ideal location to explore Como and the Lake.

Amazing

I am not good at writing reviews so hopefully when I do it really means something.
We ate here the other night and we are so happy we did. What a lovely evening we had!!! The food was of an excellent standard and beautifully presented.
The setting and staff were excellent and professional. Their aim is to please you,make you comfortable and insure that you have a delicious meal. As each course was served, our man explained in English what was being served.
There is also a parking for clients, It is an asset nowaday in Bellagio.

Lovely stay

We were on a European trip to view a few holiday property's and booked to stay here for a night... we were so happy we stayed for 2 nights..
Rooms were beautiful and breakfast was quality and plentiful..
Oscar and Idalgo were the perfect hosts .. full of local knowledge.. they also have a secure underground garage for parking at 12 euros a night.. which is a great option as the parking in Como is tight..
there is a great restaurant across the road where you can get 10% off.

It's a B&B and not a Hotel - but an excellent B&B

We thought we had booked a hotel, but got fooled on the web portal. Never mind, once we found (which was a bit of a challenge) the place and eventually got parked we were welcomed with open arms by the proprietors of the B&B. The room was nice and spacious, in actual fact probably the best in all of our week long Italy trip. Really nice breakfast and plenty of chat from the owners who are really nice people. The pictures on the website are somewhat misleading, but we could see the lake from the window - even though we had to lean out a bit. Car parking though is a challenge, then again you are bang in the middle of the action of Como centre.

AVOID

When booking, I requested a late evening arrival because my flight arrives late. That is against their policies so they took my money and kept the reservation. No phone call. No cancellation. Just money gone.
I am in the airport now in a total panic over what should be a relaxing trip to a quiet town. Wasted money on calling Booking.com only for the owners to say they don't care.
Nightmare place. Avoid at all costs. If you must book, make sure you work on their schedule, not your own.
