GIVE AN EDUCATION COURSE TO THE OWNER!! MAI PIÙ!!!

Negative experience immediately. We had agreed with the Owner the check-in time but once we arrived the structure was open but he was not there, so for politeness we do not enter but after persistent calls without Response we start asking around and they take us to the house of the mother who, poor thing, took all the blame and apologized for her son and handed us the keys. For the whole stay he was neither seen nor heard and when we left the structure we sent him a message without any Response. BUT IT DOESN'T END HERE because we found dirty sheets, uncomfortable shower head, the washing machine that smelled, among the services listed are few really available. The induction hob not working replaced by plates that took forever to cook. Not to mention the old, noisy and unsafe doors. And finally a nice cockroach for the house. I add nothing else because other unpleasant situations were passable, but what I can not stand is the rudeness, that even if the structure had been ok regardless I would not return. The only positive note is the location very close to the center of castro, a bike rental and the shuttle service stop a stone's throw away.
