Pretty good price/quality value
Davi is a bit off the beaten track (about 30 min. walk from the centre and a good bit of it uphill) but there is a bus stop nearby which gets you to the centre in ten minutes. There are very few or no supermarkets or stores close although there is a morning street market a ten-minute walk away.
The rooms are located in a separate corridor on the ground floor which also accesses the shared kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen and rooms have lockable access to a patio at the back which in turn accesses the street through a closed gate.
The rooms are comfortably sized and have basic furnishings with a double bed (in fact two single ones) on boxspring matresses, chairs, tables, lamp, racks, television (Italian channels only) and free wifi (variable strength). There are also ample electricity sockets (!) but they are only fit for the Italian small-diameter plugs (I did see a single adapter lying about in the kitchen). The rooms have no air conditioning but the windows have shutters and fixed pull-down mosquito netting. Both windows and shutters can be locked. Blankets are provided upon arrival.
Bathrooms have a toilet, bidet, shower and sink each, hair dryers are available and one of the bathrooms even has a laundry machine (albeit out of order when I was there). The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, sink, water cooker, refrigerator and an espresso machine. It also has a dining table, sofa and television (again Italian channels only).

Da denuncia, condizioni igieniche pessime. Tutta la notte svegli causa cimici nel
Materasso . Bagni angusti e sporco. Colazione assente . Da evitare assolutamente. Posizione lontano dal centro. Ma la cosa peggiore è il non dormire la notte per il continuo prurito

Consigliato? Nì!
Partiamo da una cosa che credo sia giusto venga messa in chiaro: non c’è colazione (la seconda “b” di “b&b” non so per cosa stia…), viene semplicemente offerto del caffè in polvere da preparare con una piccola e canuta moka. Per il resto bisogna provvedere da sé al cibo e le stoviglie utilizzate vanno lavate (il tutto self-made). La cucina è un po’ trascurata ed angusta, ma è comodo il fatto che sia a disposizione per tutto l’arco della giornata. Vi sono due bagni, di cui uno quasi sfornito. Questi sono da condividere con tutti i residenti del b&b. Veniamo adesso alle stanze: nella norma ma nulla di speciale, l’arredamento non è di certo moderno, in generale sono abbastanza umide e la tv funziona a stenti. Nei giorni in cui ho pernottato lì ho ricevuto decine di punture d’insetto (presumo non solo comuni zanzare) fra cui alcune sono degenerate e mi hanno costretta ad una cura di antistaminici....
Muoversi per Cagliari è abbastanza agevole, basta scendere di poche decine di metri per trovare la fermata dell’autobus che arriva in centro nel giro di pochi minuti e, in alcune circostanze, porta direttamente al mare. L’aspetto maggiormente positivo è il prezzo, veramente stracciato!

Ottima ospitalità, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Voto 5/5 per la disponibilità di Davide e per la flessibilità di checkin e checkout.
Arredamento datato ma fa sentire quasi a casa.
Stanze fornite di tv e wifi, non si fa mancare nulla di ciò che può essere essenziale per un soggiorno di qualche giorno, buona anche la posizione in centro città, con fermata bus a 1 minuto a piedi.

C'è molto da fare
Soggiorno con amico per le notti di Capodanno e del primo Gennaio. Partiamo dal concetto che il prezzo è di € 40 a testa per due notti e di meno onestamente è impossibile. Però, anche con il limite del prezzo e dell'inevitabile bagno in comune, si può fornire un servizio migliore. Note positive: lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, wifi e riscaldamento in camera, zona silenziosa. Contro: bagni puliti ma piccoli e disordinati, arredamento delle stanze decisamente datato, cucina in comune piccola e con apparecchiature decisamente cheap. Insomma, è una struttura che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di un bel restyling ed una ammodernata, se tecnicamente possibile aumentando la metratura dei bagni. Può andar bene per un soggiorno di fortuna per una notte o due, ma niente di più. Così al momento non lo risceglierei nuovamente.
