Excellent - highly recommended

Fabulous! Grazie is a wonderful warm host whose enthusiasm for her city and country shines through. The property has been renovated to the highest standard with quality furnishings and linens and design features incorporating all the history of the building with use of natural stone etc.
Location is perfect and although in middle of town no noise. Parking is free about 10 min walk away.
The trio of Sarah, Nicholas and Jenny serve up a lovely friendly breakfast (from 8.15). The variety is superb for a small boutique B&B with fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt, cereals, fresh Sardinian pastries, breads, local cheeses and ham etc. They will also make eggs to order. The food is of the highest quality and lovely condiments and a variety of teas/coffees etc.
Highly recommended and we will be back if ever in Cagliari again.

Landmark

B&B in the historic center of Cagliari.
Perhaps a little difficult to reach by car but you can find parking for a fee near the port area which is not far from the Archipelago41.
The house is furnished with excellent taste, remains welcoming, clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts.
The owner's welcome is truly unique. He puts you at ease by finding solutions for every need.
It is now a point of reference throughout the year.

Holiday with friends

Mini holiday with friends.
We stayed in this property from 18 to 20 May 2024. The location is in an excellent position, the rooms are beautiful, top clean. The kindness of the staff and the landlady is fantastic.

Fabulous stay - fabulous hostess.

My hubby and I stayed with Grazia at Arcipelago 41 last week for 5 nights. The location is perfect, central to everything you would need and Grazia was a wonderfully friendly accommodating hostess. Breakfast was pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts etc but she was more than happy to make eggs etc for us , but we were always too full from the meal the night before!!! Grazia speaks excellent English and is very happy to give tourist info, restaurant recommendations etc. We stayed in the large 3 bed room which has 2 balconies - lovely, comfortable and was well serviced during our stay. In summary, we had a wonderful time staying at this B&B and would recommend it to anyone who wants a very comfortable central location to explore Cagliari. It would be remiss of us to not mention that it is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building ,so there are a number of steps to climb to get to the rooms - no lift, so you will be super fit by the end of your stay if not at the start! Grazia does have another B&B close by with more rooms which does have a lift , if a lift is a necessity.

Absolutely superb room and amazing Host!

This place is an absolute gem - nestled in the heart of the city, surrounded by cobbled streets with an abundance of the city.s main attractions on your doorstep - along with countless cute restaurants and bars.
The host Grazia was so friendly and nothing was too much for her. Her breakfasts were fantastic and her advice on the city priceless.
The room was lovely - beautifully renovated with exposed beams. A decent sized bathroom and modern decor overall in a charming old building.
Grazia absolutely made our long weekend in Cagliari - I thoroughly recommend this accommodation and simply cannot fault it. Superb!
