Best location, perfect friendly service

This was the best choice we could make. Very classical and vintage place with heart and soul in the very centre od Bosa. Typical home-made Italian BF straight from the owner. Luxurious bathroom.
Such a friendly Italian owner with a good English (which is quite rare in Bosa). I wish to come again.

Very uncomfortable

The room is on the third floor the elevator is broken for many years the owner says it is a temporary failure but looking at all the reviews you understand that he does not tell the truth!! Then the national television networks do not work, the door to the room is not secure, the bed is very hard and uncomfortable, no parking near!

Correct

Without a doubt, the best of all is the location of the accommodation, right in the center of town. The correct rooms. It is an old but charming building. We booked for 4 rooms so we had 3 different spaces.

3 floors without elevator

3 night stay... Well furnished and clean room but with some flaws.... Air conditioning not working, broken shower... Improper door locks.. You had to guess the right location of the key, otherwise you would go past the lock.. .. Our room very noisy from the nightlife... Host we saw them at check-in... And that's it.... 3
floors without lift.... Overall nothing bad... Indeed very convenient in a very central location....

Quirky but enjoyable

Not for the faint hearted if you have a heavy suitcase as there are 3 flights of stairs. We stayed in the 'junior suite' - a rather quaint name for an apartment that had 3 beds. One was in a loft at the top of a flight of steep open metal stairs. I left my suitcase below stairs. The toilet and basin upstairs was fine only for persons up to 160cm due to low roof beams. The other two beds were downstairs in (sort of) separate rooms. So, if you are adventurous and like something different - it's cool, quiet, spacious and interesting. If you want soft comfort and aren't wild about stairs it's probably not for you.
