A FABULOUS STAY
Wonderful location with stunning views from the rooms. Located on a hill close to the sea, with clear views of the Chiaramontano Castle. We spent a stay among the best in Sicily. Courtesy of the staff, great breakfast and beautiful pool in an olive grove. We will definitely return.

Beautiful B&B with fantastic views
B&B with beautiful views in a quiet location.
The parking lot is on the property.
The property is well maintained and the pool invites you to swim. Enough loungers and space to retreat to relax.
Each room has a small terrace with beautiful views.
Breakfast is simple but still offers something for everyone.

We stayed for two days place and beautiful structure with the possibility of using the pool and ample parking.
Sore note: discount breakfast no typical products of the area unfortunately, very little choice, no punctuality in the timetable.
Owner never present, rude and afraid not to cash in. Rooms without footholds with kettle but without having the ability to use it given the lack of teaspoons and sugar. It also lacks additional cushion. WOULD NOT GO BACK

Great potential, needs changes
We had great expectations when it comes to this place. Certainly, the place is nicely located. There is a great view from the room and from the pool area. The swimming pool, the relax area are very nice. The area of the object is nicely decorated, with works of art, plants and beautiful stones. It makes the place interesting. If you travel by car, it may be a good base point to see this part of the island. Though, it is a little off the beaten track.
The rooms are quite small. It would not be a problem if the belonging seating area (the terrace) would be more comfortable. All the rooms are one next to each other. The terrace of the building is the common area. All guest have to pass in front of each terrace door when they move around. There is no privacy and only the curtains are solution (what makes the room even more tight and dark). The hosts are very nice, I liked them, but they lack the experience with this kind of service - for ex. they moved my things when the room was cleaned, I found the room door (main and terrace door) wide open after the room was cleaned and the stray dog in the threshold (I was not afraid about my baggage but after our dog's stuff, food). Just after the breakfast the staff had to launch loud renovation works, just in front of our terrace door. The breakfast were another thing we did not like. These were small and poor. There were only sweet croissants and brioche, small bowl of pomegranate. We had to ask and wait for coffee (which is a crucial thing in the morning) and when I asked about scrambled eggs, it was poor and seemed like one egg portion, I finished my breakfast hungry (I do not eat a lot in the morning but still I need some macronutrients / calories). The place is far from the restaurants and not everybody wants to drive to the city in the morning, it was not comfortable. The last things are the ants that are in the room and everywhere and the leaking shower cabin (after the shower the whole toilet floor was full of water; we constantly had to use our towels to wipe it). I have mixed feelings. The place has great potential, I liked the owners, they were very nice, but compared to the other places we stood in - it lacks certain standard, it is hard to feel comfortable there and this is not the thing I look for during vacation.
