Great staff

Staff at this hotel are absolutely lovely.
They helped us to purchase an Iraqi carpet and went out of their way to help us.
Rooms are adequate if a little dated, but functional and bed was comfy.
Very near to the waterfront for an evening walk.
Google maps don't take you to this place. A local helped us find it

A little dated but clean and great value and location

Spacious, comfortable, and clean room with a large bathroom and functioning shower. Small buffet breakfast was adequate.
Perfectly located near the corniche and short 4km taxi ride from Old Basra & Souq.

A good value clean hotel with friendly staff

This property is excellent value with clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Bathrooms are very clean though you need to wait a long time for hot water. However breakfast is basic and bad and so is the top floor restaurant which however offers nice city and river views.
