Great place in kargil

Had a fantastic time at Rangyul Resort The staff was incredibly welcoming the rooms were spotless and luxurious and the views were breathtaking The food was delicious and there were plenty of activities to enjoy Perfect place to relax and unwind Can’t wait to visit again

Come for the Insects, Stay for the Insults

Please visit if you're in for a disappointing night's stay and a masterclass in how not to run a hospitality business!
We stayed here for just one night, and that was one night too many. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to warn others, especially families, against making the mistake of choosing this resort!
We were traveling with family, hoping for some warmth and basic courtesy, but from the moment we arrived, the staff’s dismissive and indifferent attitude made us feel completely unwelcome. Basic questions were met with curt responses and outright ignorance.
The extra mattress and bedsheets we had specifically requested in advance were visibly unclean and wrinkled. When we politely asked for a clean set, we were met with a sarcastic and insulting remark from a staff member named Sujaat, who said: “Itne paise mein itna hi milega yahaan.” (This is what you get for the money you paid.) That may tell you everything you need to know about their idea of hospitality.
The so-called cottage was old, dingy, with tired interiors and a very obvious lack of maintenance. Outside, the vegetation was so unkempt it looked like it hadn’t been tended to in months - and it attracted every insect you definitely don’t want near your sleeping space.
If you value comfort, cleanliness, and even the bare minimum of respectful service, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. You’ll thank yourself later!

Didn't accept the confirm booking

Booked through Agoda and had confirmed booking confirmation but still they didn't honour the booking. Had to call Agoda several times and was a big hassle. Call them in advance even if you have confirmed booking. That is very unprofessional on there part.

Good hotel

Comfortable hotel with a heater in the room, polite and courteous staff. Simple yet delicious food. Location heart of the town.

One of the best resort in kargil

Best resort in kargil loved to spending time here luxurious resort.
Beautiful place to visit tasty food humble staff amazing view from cottage. Overall the hospitality and management was too good must recommended this place to everyone
