Great Service From Aman

I stayed for the night and it was comfortable, the dorms all had curtains which always is a plus as you have some privacy and and not impacted by the lights as much from others.
Aman was amazing, communicated well, friendly and extremely helpful, went that extra mile and ensured all is well, providing an excellent service. Thank You Aman.

Hostel from hell - AVOID

European couple here. After reading a few blogs online I noticed this hostel being recommended quite frequently. We were bitterly disappointed soon after arrival and actually had to cut our stay short first thing in the morning after our first night (refund not offered) due to the room being a complete health hazard. The sheets had not been changed when we arrived, full of hair and dirt. These were changed when requested but unfortunately this really was just the tip of the iceberg. The entire ceiling was damp and mouldy. The pillows were thick with black mould, the ceiling was leaking water creating a swimming pool in the hallway. The room was infested with cockroaches. It was the room from hell, I honestly do believe it would be harmful to your health staying here.
I do not normally feel comfortable leaving such negative reviews however I really wish I had seen the reality of this hostel before turning up at midnight with no other choices until the morning.

Nice

Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, cozy ambience and staffs are super friendly and always ready to help. Very close to laxman jhula, ganga ghat. Great thing is this place is budget friendly place. I really liked it here and recommend it to everyone.

Clean economical hostel stay!

This is a great location, except with the bridge being closed kinda complicated to arrive. Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped me with currency exchange and laundry. Nice privacy in the dorm rooms with curtains. Great value for your money! Thanks!

worth the value

I have been staying there for five days in the private deluxe room 6. It is spacious and good room, but lock of the door is not good. They should start the kitchen facility too. otherwise, good location and I have enjoyed my first solo trip. They have a very good vibe.
