Very good...value for money. Recommended.
Baisaran is a good hotel...neat and clean. Good linen, nice bath room provided all toiletries. Wel decorated. Centrally located near to market but calm place.Nice lawn. Food in Baisaran is very good and their buffet spread is also nice. Crockery is very very good and clean. Its bone china not melamine.
They have taken care of small little details.

Good place for short stay
We have stayed there in room no. 305 for 2 nights.
If you have difficulty to use staircases then you should ask for room in ground floor as they don't have lift.
Views from all room may not be equally beautiful as there are other properties in close distance.
Rooms are not spacious enough for triple occupancy if extra bed needed.
Breakfast food option is very limited. Even they don't serve any juice.
However, view from 1st floor lobby and hotel's front garden is just splendid.
Staffs are helpful. Food tastes good but many dishes were not available.
Washroom was quiet clean and well equipped with amenities.
Probably like many other places in Pahalgam, they don't accept international credit card which causes serious inconvenience for us coming from outside of India for 10-15 days or more and carrying cash is difficult and risky

There are good hotels around,
not a good experience compared to other hotels we stayed around srinagar. Tips oriented staff and harsh front desk. They seem to be doing some social service to the tourists. Place looks nice in the google, actually old property and poorly maintained.

Fantastic Hospitality
Amazing location to start with! All the staff were very polite and helpful. Right from hot water in the room to having drinking water in room everything was perfect and well taken care for by the hotel team. The executive Chef was friendly and helpful .The food from breakfast and dinner was simply amazing and had a lot of variety! We stayed at different hotels in and around Kashmir but the food that we had at this hotel was simply amazing and tasty! I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Worst hotel ever stayed
Worst hotel ever stayed. Behaves as if we are the captives and they are the jailers. Keep proper eye on what u eat at dinner and breakfast . We went with a group of 9 friends which were couples but they treated us like we dont deserve this hotel. They charged 50 rs for drinking water, they gave two complimentary bottles (500ml ) ofcourse its way too much because we cannot drink this much water in our lifetime. Raees the manager behaves like we ate his food , ofcourse doing his job by properly reminding us that "Your time is up kindly go back to room". worst hotel ever stayed.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay in our hotel, As i have taken this issue with the F&B team they informed that they have well informed you about the timing of the restaurant at the time of check in the hotel. As the hotel everyone Hotel has fixed timing for Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast so same is in our hotel as well. our timing for dinner is 8: Pm till 10 Pm and same timing for breakfast as well. And in every Hotel, they have complimentary Packaged Drinking water Policy so too have the same. After that water is chargeable as per the menu of the Hotel. As the Restaurant closing time is 10:pm and the staff has to clean the Restaurant for morning breakfast, but for you we have increased the closing time till 10:30 Pm. and Further Fresh Lime Soda and other things has been given to you on complimentary basis for all the 3 days you have stayed in our hotel. You feedback is valuable for us to improve our services. Looking forward to host you again.
