A great stay

Elphinstone hotel is clean, well maintained and it’s at a very convenient location to explore South bombay
staff were warm and always ready to help….. rooms were good too… spacious and Breakfast menu was also good yummy and satisfying… overall value for money offer ….

Neat and clean rooms, happy stay

It is located close to CSMT (Main railway station) back gate (platform 18). You can walk to that gate (many people don’t know about this gate and can misguide you).
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and breakfast served personally (filling and good).
Rooms are as per appearance in the photos (Mumbai rooms tend to be quite small).
Recommend it for anyone looking to stay in South Mumbai and close to its tourist attractions.

Great Experience !

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elphinstone, Mumbai. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby markets, major tourist attractions, and important business districts, making it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the very first day, Gangadhar and Hemant made us feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and cooperative approach. Their professionalism and willingness to assist ensured that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The kitchen team and room service staff were equally polite, courteous, and attentive, consistently delivering service with a smile. It is clear that customer service and hospitality are deeply ingrained in the culture of this hotel.
If you're planning a stay in Mumbai and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, Hotel Elphinstone is an excellent choice.
For an especially memorable experience, walk in and ask for Gaggadhar !
