Location

Hotel was good staff behavior also polite. I have recommend of this hotel.Roadways bus stand is near the hotel.Naki Lake is 1.5 km from the hotel and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the lake..And there is also sbi's atm.

The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible.

Worst place for families to live

Illiterate and non trained staff who do not respond to customers.
No facilites are provided in the room like drinking water, glass, towels, etc. even if you request them they will be served after hours of delay.
No hot water though the area is cold. No restaurant.
Some of the rooms are recently rennovated so the interior of those rooms are nice, but the whole property outside area and the corridors, stair case area are filled with dirt and scrap materials. Rooms are full of dust on the floor.
In the night you will not be able to sleep because of too much sound from other residents who the hotel staff are not able to control. Rooms are not sound proofed either.
Summary: Avoid at any cost.

Awesom hotel just 5 star

Yes its not joke and not just to put the hotel best for any recomendation thats just because i have feeled it about all aspect.
1st thing the reception staff helpfull to get you t best and we were book it by oyo from our home and then go to trip so ataff has all our info and chexked it
2nd hotel room tgat has been allocated us is awesome and amazing because i feel first time its 5 star quality rooms and in moumt abu you shiuld not imagine abiut this.
3rs they all have facility about AC wifi. Breakfast lumch dinner cleaning and everything that hitel staff has.
Thanks to make my trip very nice dev recidensy staff...
